Andre Igoudala - sounds like he's not getting bought out and MEM wants a 1st round pick

    Kyle Korver

    Shaun Linvingston

    Pau Gasol

    Justin Holiday

    Kenneth Faried

    Trey Burke

    Jeremy Lin

    Nik Stauskus

    Iman Shumpert

    Jamal Crawford

    Vince Carter

    Jonas Jerebko

    Lance Stephenson

    Carmelo Anthony

Wait til February to see who else becomes available?

Assuming THT is on a 2-way...

Then we already got our #15 guy in Troy Daniels.
Hopefully our #13 can be Iggy.
And #14 can be ...

How about Jason Terry, Leandro Barbosa or Ben Gordon? Can we sign one of those guys?

Keep it open for potential buyouts at trade deadline if Iggy is not available.

Based on need, Iggy, Holiday, or Thabo as we need a wing defender with length. I would go after Holiday/Thabo now and waive someone if Iggy opens up but I don't think we should wait for him as Memphis is in no rush and their price is too high right now. They aren't going to waive him now, they have no incentive to do so.

If we need a shot creator and nuisance on d, I would go with Lance. If we need a backup big, Faried.

Hopefully we can sign Tucker to a 2-way contract so we can have 2 roster spots open.

When a player signs a 2-way, are they allowed to come up and play if we have 15 guys already on the team?

Based on the OP's list:

Andre Iguodala - WAIT. If he's available mid-season, waive one of the Merry Minimums.

Kyle Korver -- PASS. Great shooter, but not enough D, although he tries. Only if ALL our other shooters prove ineffective.

Shaun Livingston - PASS. Was already having trouble with stamina/ injuries last year.

Pau Gasol - PASS. His jersey is in my closet, but strictly a center now, and we need more mobility in front-court depth.

Justin Holiday - SIGN IF NEEDED. Like his Swiss Army knife game.

Kenneth Faried - SIGN IF NEEDED. Good energy big, even if he could defend better.

Trey Burke - PASS. Need more wing size, even though he is a decent small-PG scorer.

Jeremy Lin - PASS. Already signed Bradley for P&R guard.

Nik Stauskus - DON'T KNOW - How's his defense?

Iman Shumpert - SIGN IF NEEDED. Not bad fit for 3 & D, decent size for backcourt/ wing (6-5, 220-ish, 6-9 wingspan).

Jamal Crawford - PASS. Not enough D.

Vince Carter - SIGN IF NEEDED. Solid shooter now, savvy veteran, good locker room presence, box office plus.

Jonas Jerebko - PASS. Nice stretch 4, but wouldn't be able to help with wing D.

Lance Stephenson - WAIT. On paper, a good strong Swiss Army knife wing, but the fact that Vogel isn't jumping to grab his former player is good enough reason to wait.

Carmelo Anthony - WAIT. As much as I'd love to see it, he's not what we need in terms of defense.

Holiday is a bit older, same length, an inch taller than Nwaba. Better FT%, better FG%. Holiday has much more experience. I'd go with Holiday.

2 way player

THT (been reported) and Norvell

Don't we have 2 spot left?
