That's our biggest weakness.
The HOPE is that Bradley can return to Celtic form (not sure about that).
Green is already a very good defender, and then it's nothing after that. KCP in theory can be but he only gets interested when games no longer matter. |
I have faith in Green, I’m not as sure about Bradley. He and Crowder seem to be on a similar trend in their careers. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

Should ?
I'd predict that LeBron is likeliest the PPG leader this season, but in a prescriptive sense of "should", I'd say AD represents the PPG leader in the team's best possible version of itself, as currently constructed.
It's hard for a player to change a deeply ingrained pattern: LeBron has led his team in PPG scoring every year he's been an NBA pro. |

Thanks for the input, folks.
This season is reminding me a bit of when we were heading into the 1986-87 season. In 1985-1986, our scoring leader breakdown was like this:
Kareem - 23.4
Worthy - 20.0
Magic - 18.8 (w/ 12.6 assists)
Byron - 15.4
Then, in 1986-87, our scoring leaders turned out to be:
Magic - 23.9 (still with 12.2 assists)
Worthy - 19.4
Kareem - 17.5
Byron - 17.0
Last year, LBJ racked up 27.2 pts and 8.3 ast/ gm in 35.2 mins a game (albeit in only 55 games). Would love it if he can still produce 23 pts/ 9 ast a night in around 75 games or so. |
