Milwaukee is looking fast and explosive, Clippers look old.

The Bucks were a couple of missed wide open 3's away from running the Clippers right out of the building

Kawhi can't guard Giannis by himself.

By the way, the gap between Giannis and Kawhi is massive.

Kawhi played really hard in the 2nd and the 3rd. Thought he started to limp a little. Then Giannis just made him look like a little kid when he was exploding

brow-embiid
bron-simmons
richardson-green

they are big we are big..
both no bench..

Bron a little better then Ben ....

Lakers vs Philly is my finals pick.

They desperately need to acquire a shooter in a trade, as teams are really packing the paint against Embiid (8 turnovers tonight). Maybe Redick would be available for a package of Korkmaz/Scott/Bolden/Zhaire Smith? Saw a Sixers blogger suggest that. He mentioned a third team would need to be involved to help match salaries. But does Zhaire have any value right now?

https://thesixersense.com/2019/12/04/philadelphia-76ers-home-run-trade-jj-redick/

I think they may have to consider throwing in Matisse Thybulle too...

Trey Burke and Zhaire Smith for Quinn Cook and Rondo. The Sixers would probably send the Lakers a pick as well.

Cook helps remedy some of their shooting woes, and Rondo gives them Ben Simmons insurance.

The Lakers get their version of Lou Williams, a shot creator who can also shoot from deep.

If Burke is getting DNPs on a team with depth issues like the Sixers (whose starters play two-thirds of every game), why trade our best (and only) playmaker off the bench for him? Sure it would be nice to have Smith and the pick, but we need to win now.

That YouTube video of Burke stating that he plays like AI is only convincing if you set the playback speed to 1.25x.

That will always be a weak argument to me.

And I see it constantly. Not just you.

Fact: Players play better in better situations, with more defined roles.

That means a guy can literally be cut by one team and then instantly become a valuable rotational cog on another team.

Burke is far from Iverson, but he is a very good shot creator with a huge chip on his shoulder looking for a great opportunity to finally prove his mettle.

I agree with you about Rondo though. I don't worry about losing his
playmaking so much as I worry about losing his presence in the lockerroom. I think he may be a fixture.

Clippers have nothing on the interior.

The Bucks are just too fast, too strong. It takes a lot of energy to defend them and the Clippers look like they're out of puff

Kawhi is not the same player as last year. Their defense is definitely overrated.

Clippers don't have a single above average play maker or rebounding big, flawed team.

Damn, how good are the Bucks. I haven't been a believer. I thought they got weaker losing Malcom. But jeez, this win streak and beat down of the Clippers. My gawd.

Where are those who are worried about the flippers? Do you still worried now? They are not invinsible as you think, and they're not even the best team in the league now.

It's the Lakers!!
