Great moments in Laker history: Fisher-Scola, Artest-Harden, Bynum-Berea.
The first two I think were deserved. The third one was uncalled for.
How was World Peace elbowing Harden in the back of the head deserved?
Because Harden purposely ran into Ron-Ron Panda Globe trying to draw one of his usual flopping-faux foul go to moves. It is really too bad more players don't elbow that supreme douche nozzle and make the NBA a little more enjoyable with polluted beard either chilling on the acting or on the DL. Either way, NBA would be better. Ron-Ron showed the light and the way.
First of all, there was no flopping on Harden's part involved in that play at all, so I don't even know what you're talking about. Secondly, I can only chuckle at the fact that you (and the two posters above you) think that it's justified to injure a player because he flops. I'll make sure to bookmark this for the next time the fans of another team wish injury/celebrate the injury of a Laker player, and posters on this forum call their fanbase classless and disgraceful. What a joke.
I don’t think it's justified because Harden is a flopper. But I think it's explained by how Harden suddenly rushed into his space unexpectedly in the back court. In that sense it was almost a natural movement by Artest. Because he struck Harden and injured him, it deserved to be punished, but I didn’t see it as some huge nefarious act. I think the 7-game suspension Artest got was more because of his history. Anybody else may have simply been ejected, or perhaps gotten a 1-game suspension.
And I do not feel the same way about Bynum-Barea. That was an intentional cheap shot without any justification and Bynum fully deserved his suspension.
Just found out from Barea himself that Bynum apologized to him the day after. Good on Andrew: _________________ "Chick lived and breathed Lakers basketball…but he was also fair and objective and called every game the way it was played."

Bynum-Barea was for me a low point of Laker history.
It reduced Lakers to Celtics level (McHale's dirty and dangerous clotheslining of Rambis, etc.). And that's about as low as it could get. _________________ Lakers fan since that Magical day June 25, 1979.
The Clippers (4-2) and the Lakers (4-2) are the only two teams of the eight who made it to the conference quarterfinals in the playoffs that have records above .500. Boston (3-3), Toronto (1-3), Miami (2-3), Milwaukee (3-3), Houston (2-2) and Denver (1-4) have had underwhelming starts--although it is still very early. Perhaps, like the Lakers, they are a bit tired.

Talk about lack of depth lol. The Clippers are going to have a longggggg season especially once PG13 hits a dry spell at some point in the season or if any of there core get injured for more then a game or two.
Love the absolute disrespect for PG13 from several players only 6 games in as well
People also mention a lot how that extended mid season break helped Lebron but it helped Kawhi more imo even though they didn't get far. It's going to be very interesting if he tries to push himself more in the regular season due to the severe lack of regular season depth this year along with PG as well and if they do how they look going into the Postseason.
The league is going after the Clips after all that **** they talked last year. When Booker is calling you a soft ass *****, you got people feeling a type of way.
"Almost" shows what a soft ass ***** PG really is. _________________ On Lakersground, a concern troll is someone who is a fan of another team, but pretends to be a Lakers fan with "concerns".

In addition to 80’s I miss the late 90’s early 2000 fights. Heat and Knicks ready to throw down on every possession. Shaq and Barkley brawling, lakers and sac hating each other. Kenyon Martin fighting with everyone on the Mavericks. Hell even Indiana and Chicago and Detroit going at it with each other.
