RONDO - FINED BUT APPARENTLY NO SUSPENSION

Per Tania G

The NBA says it has fined Rajon Rondo $35,000 for unsportsmanlike contact with Dennis Schroder, verbal abuse of a referee and failure to leave the court in a timely fashion. Last night, Rondo didn’t have much to say about the play that got him ejected.

MAS CARUGOAT AND NOTHING NEW ON BRADLEY

per Tania G

Alex Caruso re-aggravated his calf last night and is out tonight. Avery Bradley is obviously still out with his injury.

https://twitter.com/taniaganguli/status/1198384063654047744?s=21

Per McTen

Frank Vogel says Alex Caruso is our against MEM with a calf strain. He had been dealing with it and re-aggravated it against OKC. He’s considered day-to-day moving forward.

He is being reevaluated after the road trip, probably on Thursday or Friday, we should hear something then...

Werd. Which is why I said no word yet because there’s nothing to report until after that evaluation.

CONTRADICTORY POSTS ON CARUSO’S STATUS

Both Goon and Oram are reporting this CARUSO’S status is still up in the air. Of the three I’m inclined to go with Trudell but for complete-ness sake...

Per Goon

Frank Vogel said Alex Caruso felt good after shootaround, and they're hoping he will feel good enough after pregame warmups to play against the Spurs.

https://twitter.com/kylegoon/status/1199116698101731334?s=21

Per Oram

Frank Vogel says the Lakers are hoping to have Alex Caruso back in the lineup tonight. Gonna be a true gametime decision.

https://twitter.com/billoram/status/1199116859376914432?s=21

Again, I’m inclined to believe Trudell on this one.

KUZ

Signs of improvement?

Per Goon

In glasses news: No rec specs for Kyle Kuzma tonight.

FAVORS, HART, LONZO AND EVERYTHING - INJURY REPORTS FROM THE OTHER SIDE

Per Andrew Lopez via McTen

Per the Pelicans: Derrick Favors and Josh Hart are questionable for tomorrow’s game against the Lakers.

Only Zion and Darius Miller are OUT.

That means no injury designation for Lonzo Ball who left practice today with a stomach bug.

OK - BUT WHAT ABOUT THE LAKERS?!??

Per Goon

Lonzo Ball is OUT tonight against the Lakers. Josh Hart is probable.

(Whoa, throwback tweet)

Seriously coverage over the past few days has been So. Bad. Everyone posting the same story over and over about AD returning to NO, no news or information.

At long last! Per Trudell with Video at Link

Avery Bradley remains out with the hairline fracture in his right leg, and is awaiting tests when the team returns to Los Angeles; he’s currently doing 1-on-1 shooting work with assistant coach Phil Handy on the court. ⬇️

AD ELBOW

AD got hit on the elbow by Josh Hart in the 4th quarter.

Per Trudell on Spectrum SportsNet, AD is questionable to return this game. He is currently on the bench, arm wrapped, likely wearing a heat pack.

Thanks Josh

EDIT

AD re-entered the game at around the 7:30 mark of the 4th Qtr

Not yet. They touched down in LA about 18-19 hours ago so they can be with family or do whatever for the Holiday. Thanksgiving is an Off Day for the whole NBA. It’s back to business tomorrow (Friday) so I’d imagine they’ll do their follow up evaluation tomorrow or in the next couple o’ days.

AVERY TO BE RE-EVALUATED TOMORROW

Keep those fingers crossed...

Per Goon

Frank Vogel said Avery Bradley (right leg hairline fracture) is scheduled to be reevaluated tomorrow.

https://twitter.com/kylegoon/status/1200596531159584769?s=21

Per Faigen

Frank Vogel says Avery Bradley will be reevaluated tomorrow. Everyone else is available tonight.

https://twitter.com/hmfaigen/status/1200593852966424577?s=21

TDRock Note: “everyone else” does not include THT who is starting for the SB Lakers in their road game tonight.

A BIT MORE PER TRUDELL

Everybody is good to go for the Lakers tonight that’s been available of late. Anthony Davis is fine (took contact to his elbow at New Orleans) and starting, Vogel. Meanwhile, Avery Bradley will be examined tomorrow to see how the hairline fracture in his leg has healed.
