How is this team 1-6?

I think its pretty obvious that these players don't mesh well together. They put up good individual games but whether they are in a Laker or Pelican uniform as a team they just don't fit.

This couldn't be further from the truth. Their supposed best player hasn't shown up this year (Jrue).. Neither have their big men, their best one is injured. It really is that simple.

And his team got smoked . . . again.

What do you mean smoked? Ingram literally scored a few buckets in a row in the 4th and brought them back. Oh wait you watch box scores. Obvious as frick

Interesting how both Russell and Ingram are exceptional scorers who both employ the in-between midrange game to be effective. I don't think either would be as good if they hadn't refined that aspect of their games.

I guess I'm saying there's still value in being a mid-range maestro.

Come on, you don’t expect people to actually watch the game do you?

Perhaps some people don't bother to watch the game, and perhaps some people leave comments like this without at least reading the box score!

Ingram did not play in the Rockets loss, Monday night, so if he is not injured, perhaps the Pelicans are just doing that "Load Management" thing with him!

Pelicans' Brandon Ingram: MRI comes back clean
Rotowire 6H ago

Ingram (knee) didn't practice Tuesday but will be considered day-to-day moving forward after his MRI came back clean, Scott Kushner of The New Orleans Advocate reports.

Ingram was sent for a precautionary MRI on Tuesday after experiencing soreness in his right knee, but the issue appears to be nothing more than that. His availability for Thursday's clash with the Clippers is unknown at this time, but he'll likely need to show improvement Wednesday to have a chance to suit up.
