Current Record = 28-26

Remaining Games
16 at Home: Includes SA twice, Detroit, Phoenix, NO/Okl twice, Clippers, Houston, Minnesota, Golden State, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Boston, Orlando and Milwaukee.

12 on the Road: Includes SA, Phoenix, NO/Okl, Clippers, Denver, Golden State, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Boston, Cleveland and New Jersey.

Tough games left both home and away.

H = 10-6 (maybe a little better, but I think we lose at least 4)
R = 6-6 (again, I see at least 4 losses)

Total wins 28+16= 44 (realistically, is this enough for the 8th spot or better?)

I predicted 20-10 after the all star game. Now let me see:

30 after the all star break.
2 games in a row with a W.
28 left.
Carry the 1.
Adjust for momentum and player energy fluctuations.
------------

20-8!

The Laker will go at least 20-8 (or hell 22-6 like Kobe Jocker's BOLD prediction )

If they continue playing like they have the past 2 games, they could go 21-7 (accounting for losses to SA, PHO, DET, LAC).

Assuming they'll go into their usual "lull" 14-14.

Let A = 5 wins every 7 games (5-2)
Let B = 4 wins every 7 games (4-3)

@A we finish 28 games with 20-8
@B we finish 28 games with 16-12

Final record @A -> 48-34
Final record @B -> 44-38

In their last 7 games, we finished with 4-3 record.

Barring major injuries, we're gonna make the playoffs with at least 44 wins. Therefore, scenario A looks realistic to me.

factoring in the current play, with the slump the suns will have upon amare's return, we could get the division , i crack myself up but yea im a fan, thats what i want, but i do expect the suns to have a two week down streach when S.T.A.T returns.

I'll stand by my earlier prediction - 47 wins. Yeah, I'm a homer.

Hang on. Lemme look at the schedule.

@Clippers
Boston
Orlando
@Portland
@GSW
Detroit
SA
@NO/Okl City
@SA
Seattle
@Sac
Minn
@NJ
@Cleveland
@Boston
Sac
Milwaukee
NO/Okl City
SA
@Seattle
Houston
@Den
@PHX
Clippers
GSW
Portland
PHX
NO/Okl City

I say we win AT LEAST 16 more. I could see us winning 20+, but that's doubtful due to "let-downs", "Phil letting them play through it", etc.

My prediction: 19 wins.

29-29: This isn't going too well so far . . . 1-3 in the last four (2 home, 2 away).

I wasn't expecting losses to Boston or Portland, so we're tracking at about 42 wins. Of course, tonight's game against GS was in the win column as well.

I think you may need to come up with a scenario "C"

12-12 out of the last 24 games. No playoffs and get to sit back and watch Phx drafted someone like Hilton Amrstrong.
