Cuttino Mobley has outworked every single laker. According to Walton. _________________ "Why do you think bad things happen, anyway???" "So we have something good to look forward to."

Basically he has to play within the system, but he also has to be somewhat in strike mode, not taking anything at the beginnings of 1st periods is just off.....last game no points in the first 6 minutes...than 13 in the last 6 minutes of the period..............than this game 0 points in the first 6 minutes....than 9 in the last 6 minutes......he has to start off at least somewhat aggressive.... |
difference was scrub cook was in and we got worked on D while we sat kwame out for no reason. It wasnt like Cook was on fire |

There is no consistency in this team. We're all about making the playoffs, but what would that do with this team? If we can't build any momentum or any consistency, making the playoffs is a futile exercise.
I personally believe any team with Kobe, including this one, has a chance to win a championship. But this team is making me rethink that. I would just like to see some effort and concentration.
Its like our guys are content with mediocrity. |

No excuse for playing this bad on a back to back. Not when you don't have to get on a plane or a bus. I've said it before, I'll say it again. You win some, you lose some. But piss poor effort 24 hours after a stellar effort....no justification. |
WTF? A foul is a foul. George was shoved and the foul was called against him. THAT'S HOW IT'S SUPPOSE TO WORK. |
My point is, you're crying about the wrong things. Officiating is what it is. But can you honestly tell me that why we're losing by almost 20 right now and getting run out of our own house is because of the refs? Remember, we had Staples Center on lockdown just 24 hours ago. Now we look like we've never seen the place. You're telling me the officials is reason for that?? |

Kobe hasn't made a shot in a while now. Might as well sit him. 40 points isn't that important. _________________ "Why do you think bad things happen, anyway???" "So we have something good to look forward to."

Why do people say this? The season is over when it's over, not after game 55 where the 8th place team lost to the 5th place team. _________________ Game recognize game, Granddad. - Riley Freeman, The Boondocks |

Brand Most overrated? C'mon Stop drinking that HATERADE! My goodness. Yes he uses his off-arm a couple of times But all the time? You have to be kidding...I love watching these laker-clipper games, because I'm a fan of both..But I don't really root for one or the other..It's basically like watching Basketball for me...But if you said Cassell or livingston is overrated..I wouldn't say anything..but Brand? 25 and 10 every night..Plus Blocks, hustle, takes charges....brings it every night..Kwame needs to learn from Brand...Undersized and schooling him..So stop hating so much. Hate on anyone..But don't be blind and hate on brand..It's like someone saying...Kobe is so overrated...please...If you dont like the clippers fine..but don't blindly hate...Just worry about the Lakers. Kwame Brown can't make a layup, Sasha Can't hit a three, and lamar can't step up when kobe is not in the game...So talk about that..Stop hating on Brand... |

exactly. as inconsistent as we've been all year, we've been consistently hanging around 8th spot, and no team below us has suddenly improved so much that they are that much better than us. queens are probably the biggest danger, but they're still a bad team on the road.
gimme a 1st round series against the mavs, and i say we can even make the 2nd round. |
