Wow this is really depressing and hard to even comprehend but the Clippers own us!! How can we just let Elton Brand clown our bench the way he did? Somebody should've put him on his ass!! In our championship years Foxy would've dropped him for sure... Today is a sad day to be a Laker fan imo...

The Lakers need to be shot...with energy boosts. They looked dead out there and/or high in the case of Lamar.

I'm gonna go with, "cuz EB is an MVP candidate and you're talking about
bench players."

Clips are better on paper than us, no doubt.

So losing to them isn't gonna blow me outta the water.

But losing this bad is way uncool.

Chill out guys...What'd you expect...Kobe Bryant...and somtimes lamar...but who else? Lakers have no big man who can bang and do the dirty work...Mihm, Brown, Cook...mihm probably is the best at it..but not good enough...We need a bruiser....not really a scorer..but a shotblocker/rebounder/hustler....

Who cares about their record? The Lakers should NEVER lose to the Clippers period.

Ahh it is really hard to see you label some of guys Laker fans. CLippers better than uS?????????????// Hell no!!!!! As long as I know this is still a Laker town and will always be. They Clippers might as well move back to San Diego . Who's your daddy?????Well the man of this basketball shi!! is Dr Jerry Buss and he is banging Mrs. Clipper with her red, white, and blue skirt on. Seriously guys we lost to them tonite so what. It was the second game on a back to back and we see them again on the 9th of April. I mean don;t get it twisted I will aknowledge that the CLippers are having a better season the Lakers record wise but I will never admit that the own us. So all that do you better leave and go to the CLippers tread. You don't belong to this tread with the best player and team rockin' the purple and gold baby. Lakers #1111111111111111111111 and I am out this Bit!!!!!!!!!!

Hey after you wake up remember to take off your Purple and Gold blinders then realise that the Clippers are a better team. As much as it kills me to say it, it's the truth.

Fine smart guy they are a better team ,but it will always be a Laker town no matter what. I hate all the punk ass Clipper bandwagon fans. Especially the ones who where ex Laker fans makes me sick. They would probably slap there own mother type of crap. Apparently I am awake because I am typying this so I still gotta say the Lakers will beat them on the next one in April. I might even have to say the Lakers are still better than the CLippers because look who the Lakers have and look who the CLippers have??? Like how could the Clippers give us a game on the meeting before last nights bs??????????Kobe stills owns them.

Don't worry, Sam is the engine of that team, and he's going to leave in the Summer. Reports say Neptune is looking to sign him back for one last hurrah before he retires.

We have the best player, but that doesn't mean our team is better, not with these NBDL rejects.

The Clippers won the game, they have a better record and they look like they can compete for the division title. I know the Clips fans don't like hearing about all the rings so I'll spare them. I just want to see what happens when they play in a 7 game series. All I know is that Kobe's supporting cast would have to play pretty bad to not have at least a game seven. I know basketball is a team game, but with the Clippers inexperience in the playoffs (Cassell and Mobley aside), and Kobe's drive I don't see the Clips owning them at all. I'm concerned about who would win in a series.

We can rebuild him.

We have the technology.

(no, not to make him better, that technology hasn't hit the market yet)

(but we can turn him into a horse if we put our minds to it)

That does it, I'm calling him Elmer from here forward.

BSPN was touting the fact that this is the FIRST time that the clips have ever been four games ahead of the lakers in the standings. that puts things in perspective.

bottom-line : neither the lakers nor the clips are gonna win the championship this year, and i'm pretty sure that the clips will NEVER win a title, and that certainly, the lakers will win one again before the clips ever do.

Amen. Our roster are better when it come to future wise, we are just young, inconsistent and stupid. Once confident, consistency, and chemistry with another second option, I say again second option we will be better than the Clips.

The Clippers are better on the court too. Elton Brand is clowns anyone he wants...he's that good.

By the way, anyone hear the interview with Maggette last night, talking about what it would have been like if his friend Kobe had signed with the Clippers? He thought they would be in the Finals and I tend to agree with him.

I love my Lakers, but you are just a blind homer.

Accept the fact that outside of Kobe, we are the Atlanta Hawks at best. The Clippers ARE the better team THIS year.

It is sad to say, but he Clips are no doubt the better team this year. Already without Maggette, they lose Kaman early in the first have and they run the Lakers out of the gym in the second half. Elton and Nash are my co-mvp's.

As far as the Lakers go, they need LO to average the figures he averaged the two previous games. It makes the offense and the team so much better. Unfortunately, he has not been able to do that. I wonder what the Laker record is when LO scores at least 17 and Kobe 25? It must be pretty damn good.

Cmon Lamar, prove all the doubters wrong, including me. Start playing ball every game.
