i was still hopeful when we managed to avoid going down by 10 in the 1st half, but deep inside i had doubts 'cuz i feared we'd run out of steam. then i thought we had a chance when we took the lead, but that evaporated in about three minutes.

I thought we had a good shot at winning this game, especially after Cook hit that shot before the half ended. I'm getting tired of seeing the same mistakes turn close games into blowouts. Does this team not watch game film? It seems like nobody ever learns from there mistakes.

Yes, I always think the Lakers can win. I'm ashamed to say it but I thought the Lakers were gonna pull this one out up until about the 3 minute mark of the 4th. Must of been the champagne I was drinking.

No. The Lakers are so inconsistent this year that I don't know what to expect any more.

When they came out in the third no better than they were early in the game I knew they couldn't pull themselves out of it. The only reason we were in it was because the Clips were playing pretty badly too. Unfortunatly, the Clippers have a coach that addresses their weaknesses at halftime and they adjust. I'm still not sure what we do in that locker room.

I predicted this team to lose in the prediction thread. The good thing about this team is that they are very easy to predict after watching for about a quarter. You can tell early on if Kwame will be himself and if LO and Smush are going to disappear. You can see it in their body language from the start and definately their facial expressions.

I'm on the east coast and I stayed in and up late to watch this game. The Lakers need to play better on nationally televised games...at least for my sake.

Exactly, the Lakers are turning me into an insomniac. It's worth it when they play well, but when they lose to the clips and show little effort sometimes I wonder why I bother.
