I am sure Andre is just dying to come here to play in our “run to the corner and wait for a kick out 3” offense. All he has to do is play defense? How is that going for Avery? |

Andre was on First Take this morning. I hope he doesn't sign with the Clippers. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

It boggles my mind, Lou's played for 7 different teams. He's instant offense. Why does he keep getting traded? _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

MY GUESS is that he is a liability on defense! He may score 20, but his "guy" scores 18, so he is never been a reliable starter.
On those 7 teams (including the Lakers) he was always coming off the bench. _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.” |

Has there been talk that they are interested? I think that they are better with the players they would have to trade for him than just him. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

LA Clippers Rumors: Andre Iguodala likely to be moved before deadline
LINK
Quote: | On top of that, ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne said the Clippers — not the Los Angeles Lakers — are the favorites to finish the season with him on the roster. |
Quote: | The Lakers could be more desperate to land Iguodala, as he would add to their already-solid defense and give them another player to throw at the likes of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. That alone could be enough reason for the Clippers to try to pry him away from their intracity rivals.

He is not going anywhere. Memphis probably will be 7th or 8th seed for playoff. I dont think they will let him go on a buy out to a contender unless they get something significant in return.
This guy is gonna bite dust this season unless he waives a lot of his salary. |

Yep, people thinking Memphis will buyout him so he can go and play to the team they are facing in the playoffs, are just naive |

I didn't read the blog, but I side with the consensus that he's going to Dallas for Courtney Lee and a second round pick or two. I think that one is in their hip pocket and they are just waiting to see if someone blinks on a bigger offer. |

Yep, only other way that doesn't happen is if he tells Dallas he won't report, but I don't see him doing that. |

I don’t think he is worth it right now. Who would be benched to give him minutes? |

Iggy is an interesting one, if he comes for free I’m absolutely taking him but otherwise I’m not giving up any assets. He’s in a similar position to Collison in that he’s had a lot of time out from the game, so it’s hard to completely trust he’ll make an immediate impact
Gut feel is he gets traded to the Mavs, anyway _________________ #18 next... |

I wouldnt be worried about him being out of the game for the last few months tbh. He is what he is and does a little of everything unselfishly, he would fit in pretty much any contenders rotation quickly. Wherever he goes im sure he'll be a 15-20 minute player at the most but is a guy that even at his age is a great extra body to have to throw at the elite wings.
Saying that, he is at the very end of his career and probably doesn't have much more then maybe one more season after this so he's not worth giving too much up at all. As a buyout it's a massive addition but unless you're Dallas there's not many other contenders that could make a trade for him that makes real sense for all parties.
To be honest Dallas is not a contender with or without him imo but with Doncic I would understand Cuban going all in since he once again has one of those "anything can happen any given series" kind of special players and Iggy is a great guy to get some experience with regardless of how deep they get this season. |
