Can someone tell me exactly when Kobe got the T?
Wasn't the T on Cookie and Cassell/Mobley?
I don't recall Kobe getting a T. When was this? |

In that confrontation your talking about, Kobe shoved Cassell away from Cook and got a T for it...they called a double technical on him and mobley, and a personal foul on Cook |

They gave double technicals on Kobe and Cuttino Mobley. I think Cuttino took exception to Cook's elbow on Cassell and Kobe was got between Cuttino and even pushed him away. Maybe there were some things said. It sounds like a pretty weak technical. They refs shouldn't be trigger happy with technicals especially with this new rule. |

Are you serious?
(bleep)
That is such BS
BTW - THey better suspend Rip for 2 games. He got ejected for a premeditated elbow at Hinrich.
If they don't suspend him - There is a clear agenda against the Lakers and Kobe within the NBA ranks. |

Sometimes I think the refs are specifically targetting Kobe for their whole superstars don't get special calls movement. He's the perfect player to use to make a point of that. |

They never took Cook's T away for swinging his arm in frustration when he got a block called instead of a charge, so I doubt they'll be taking away Kobe's T. BTW, Love how they called Cook's personal foul after everything settled down. Weak, weak. _________________ Hope for the best. Prepare for the worst. |

yep new rule this year.
Kobe does need to shut up. He get's fouled a lot but he's not attacking as uch either. Fade aways are not going to get you calls. If you get known for shooting long ass 3s as 40-50% of your shots, you're gonna get even less.
Anyway last nights T was lame. The lakers should contest it simply because of the territory it puts Kobe in. As the playoffs race gets tighter emotions will be higher. I expect more T's, and I expect more Javie reffed games too. |
