17 in a row on the road against western conference team. NBA RECORD CURRENTLY and still growing.

Can’t believe we still have tons of doubters of our good shot of winning it all this year. This team is making there own history and mark their own way this season. The West is no push over and you know playing against the Lakers we always get the other teams best efforts.

+1

Couldn't agree more. No team in the NBA will be able to easily beat this team in a Playoff series. The Clippers and Bucks are clearly the biggest obstacles but I could easily see a series against those two teams going in either direction.

LeBron played like the LeBron of old against Denver. He's conserving himself, partly by looking to lead the league in assists, and it's a smart move.

The Clippers are probably a little more talented than us on paper. But paper doesn't win games.

If Bradley keeps playing as well as he has lately, and if Playoff Rondo shows up this spring, we have a good a shot as anyone. LeBron knows that this is his last chance to legitimately place himself in the GOAT discussion. By winning a world championship with the Lakers, especially by getting through the always tough Western Conference, he can do just that.

As long as we stay healthy, LeBron will turn it on when he needs to in the playoffs. I know I've been hard on him on this board over the years, but we have to admit he's really smart, especially when it comes to his basketball IQ.

The Clippers and Bucks have better depth, but the Lakers must be able to match their intensity and toughness. The Lakers are a bit too soft in comparison. They have to show that same toughness and grittiness down the stretch. I haven’t seen that from the Lakers this season at a consistent level. LeBron is the head of the snake and must set the tone by being more aggressive on the offensive end and he hasn’t done that enough this year.

The Clippers are no joke. They don’t even need Paul George to be great offensively in order to win it all. They have Lou-Will and Harrell who can more than enough cover Paul George’s scoring output. They don’t back down from anyone. Kawhi is all business. His style is very effective and straight-forward. He comes out of the gate from the get-go and is in attack mode night in and night out. LeBron must have that same approach in order for the rest of the Lakers to follow his footsteps. LeBron must play like a first scoring option in order for this current roster to succeed, there’s just no other way around it.

Kawhi can't string together a full game yet. Earlier in the season he'd load manage the first few quarters then turn it on in the 4th. This last game he scored 15 in the first quarter, only 13 the rest of the game, and went missing in the 4th and overtime. PG can't stay healthy and when he is he and Kawhi still clash on the court. Lou and Trez are good but some teams have figured out how to contain them (it's why they're 2 wins, 9 losses vs the Bucks, Nuggets, Jazz, Rockets, and 76ers).

They're not that scary. Bucks will crush them if they meet

Yeah, that top post sounds like it is coming directly from ESPN telling more Fairy tales. Lebron has been head and shoulders above Kawhi all season both offensively and defensively with much more consistency.

Also, if you watch much of the Clippers games both Lou Will and Harrell have to be lights out offensively late if they're in the game because they are usually getting wrecked defensively. Kawhi is still solid defensively just nowhere near as good as his reputation is still at imo. It was almost comical during the Celtics game you hear McHale talk about how Kawhi asked to get switched on the hotter player and does it throughout the season which I havent been seeing most games? Also, Kawhi went on to get roasted consistently for the rest of the game after he said that as well.

Clippers are still obviously a very dangerous team but let's not get carried away.
