I needed to find a transcript of a speech and was sure YouTube electronically transcribed many of the videos but had never looked for it.. until this morning
Not all videos have this but if you click the ". . . " a little menu opens and will show the option "Open transcript" that can open a running Transcript during the video if you may find that useful
Surely useful to ESL
The transcript is also able to take you to that exact moment in the video
I can copy the full transcript out by scroll selecting in the Transcript window and copying..
