exactly. imagine JR and DG on opposite corners - pick your poison. both have proven they can make big shots in the playoffs. |

Did you see JR in the games he played in 18-19? He was not good at all, barely an offensive killer |

Is it true Dion almost killed himself on a sugar rush? |

Rather take Lance than both of those guys... Vogel also knows how to use Lance and was borderline allstar with the Pacers. |

Dr. Elliott to Dr. Melfi: Watch your intake of sugar....and.....sugar substitutes (meaning booze).
Waiters' fell more into that sugar substitute realm. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL

It seems the majority of people (including me) are in agreement Dion would be a better signing? _________________ #18 next... |

The choice between JR and Dion is fascinating. Dion at his best would most improve the non-LeBron lineups by giving the Lakers a much needed creator. He's a solid spot up shooter at well, but his entire value will be in his ability to generate offense off the dribble. JR at his best would most improve lineups with LeBron by giving him another guy that has real gravity. With JR you can't just look at his stats - you have to look at how panicked defenses are when they see him open. Defensively, both are solid - neither is a plus defender, but both can hold their own. JR has better length but is prone to spacing out and making mistakes in team defensive concepts. Dion is not long enough to bother big wings but he is strong. |

What's the saying... he shoots you in of it, or he can shoot you out of it. 30% three pt shooter in his last year. I don't see how that improves being away from the game. Between these two dudes, I think you need to mix it up and go with Dion. Get someone who can create off the dribble. |

What part of you fans that rather have JR over Dion don’t remember the terrible awareness JR had in game 1 of 2018 Finals & brain freezed last seconds away when tied? That alone is a big NO to me along with hasn’t played in a year, is as much of a head case as Dion, at least Dion is probably more hungry & capable of giving the second unit a spark, hopefully Frank has the guts to sit Rondo & play KCP or AC with Dion... _________________ My Laker squad.

I’d rather have Jamal Crawford who I believe scored 50 last year! _________________ My Laker squad.

Of the two, I think JR is much more likely to be signed. The front office seems to really like guys that have played well against the Lakers. Neither JR or Dion really fits that but JR has more memorable performances between the two. |
