Just my wild speculation but I think his chronic quad issue is more of a problem then he and the Clips reveal.
He is not as spry or laterally quick on defense this season. Seems to have times with no lift to his shot. And at the ends of multiple games he seems to be limping. A couple games ago after a loss they showed him walking along a ramp to the locker room and he was duck waking the whole way. |
Thank you Uncle Dennis! KL and Raptors may have been dynasty. |

Aside from Doc, Ty Lue and Sam Cassell will also suffer some of the fallout with this monumental fail, specially since they have aspirations for head coaching job themselves. Their stock just went waaay down for being associated with this debacle. _________________ God is a Lakers fan........usually. |

And who's guarding LeBron? Grant did decent on Kawhi, but Bron too strong |
Yeah, Kawhi has that stable, consistent (mostly ) old man game where he just kind of pulls up and drains jumper after jumper with the occasional slo mo drive. Lebron plays like he's 25 years younger and has another entire level of play. Should be fun to watch. |

Thank the basketball gods. We didn’t need the 82 game season to be de-legitimized.
Glad to see it still matters to play and build a TEAM. |

Loser minded mentality has no bounds apparently with the LAC EXCUSE TRAIN 🚆.
We had our BEST guard imo drop out of the bubble and they got all of their pieces back and healthy in time for the playoffs not to mention our main defensive asst. coach opt out! Where are our excuses after a loss?? That's right it's called real leadership from Jeannie to Rob down to Frank and LBJ....all grown up and professionals accountable and responsible not whiners and cry babies when the going gets tough.

What did our guy (DA GOAT) have to say about Load Management???
Quote: | “What the hell is that?” Bryant said, referring to load management. “I don’t know what that is. That’s crazy.
“You’ve got a lot of people paying their hard-earned money to watch you perform. It’s your job to be in shape. It’s your job to perform at that level every single night. And as a competitor, I’m not duckin’ (bleep). Like, it’s not, ‘Oh, my back hurts. I’m sore. We gotta play Vince Carter and the Toronto Raptors tonight.’ |

Hopefully this can put any comparisons to bed about Kawhi possibly catching Kobe on the all time greatest list now which I was getting extremely tired of hearing.
He's a great player but just simply not that level... at all imo |

Does anyone have the updated 538 projections?
It’s probably something like:
Celtics 60%
Heat 20%
Nuggets 15%
Lakers 5% |

I'm surprised they haven't claimed the high altitude of Denver or smokey filled air in LA as causing fatigue in the 4th quarter. _________________ I miss you Kobe. I miss you Gigi. |

Give him a break. It wasn't championship or bust for him.

The latter. Dude is in his 80's and doom and gloomers love to bring him up as if he's working the phones, getting on planes, etc. |

Kawhi showed winning wasn't his top priority by choosing the Clippers instead of the Lakers or Raptors. Great player for sure but he's a soldier, not a leader. A soldier who sits out half the season by choice, that is. I also think he got way overrated for a championship run in Toronto that a) wasn't that impressive in retrospect when you look at the competition and b) was helped a lot by teammates who have now proven they're pretty damn good without him. And of course Paul George is just a choker, no surprise there. The team was just plain overrated the whole season. The play on the court didn't match the hype. |
