The suns are looking really good. They may end up securing the 9th seed if the Blazers end up 8th.

Booker is a killer

Suns x Blazers for the play-in tournament would be great

We definitely need to avoid the Rockets and Blazers. At this point, I'd rather play the Clippers than either of those two teams. Let's hope Rockets end up 3rd or 6th and hope the Suns can oust the Blazers

UPDATED!!

Here is the current seeding (updated 8/6 EOD):

1. Lakers 51-17
2. Clippers 46-22 (vs. Por, Nets, Den, OKC)
3. Nuggets 45-24 (vs. Jazz, LAL, LAC, Tor)
4. Rockets 43-25 (vs. Sac, SAS, Ind, Phi)
5. Jazz 43-25 (vs. SAS, Den, Dal, SAS)
6. OKC 42-25 (vs. Mem, Was, Pho, Mia, LAC)
7. Mavs 41-30 (Locked up 7th seed)
8. Grizzlies 32-37 (vs. OKC, Tor, Bos, Mil)

9. Blazers 32-38 (0.5 gb) (vs. LAC, Phi, Dal, Bkn)
10. Suns 30-39 (2 gb) (vs. Mia, OKC, Phi, Dal)
11. Spurs 29-38 (2 gb) (vs. Jazz, NOP, Hou, Jazz)
12. Kings 29-39 (2.5 gb) (vs. Nets, Hou, NOP, LAL)
13. Pelicans 29-39 (2.5 gb) (vs. Was, SAS, Sac, Orl)

Important games 8/7:

Jazz vs. Spurs
Thunder vs. Grizzlies
Kings s. Nets
Pelicans vs. Wizards

Clippers are going to tank vs. the blazers on Saturday. Kawhi and PG will probably sit out.

If we keep shooting like this they’re gonna have a cake walk to the semis.

We could get a play-in series between Portland and Phoenix. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Suns would have a shot at taking down Portland, even twice.

I actually had the Suns as a playoff team early then they fell apart.

Now healthy, they are capable of getting in for sure. It’s a good roster and they don’t even have Oubre.

Memphis gets a much-needed win over OKC today. OKC looks like it might be trying to stay in the 6th spot, wanting to play Denver instead of possibly Houston.

I 2000% believe CP3 WANTS to play Houston.

Wow. OKC scored 37 points in the first quarter, then only 55 in the rest of the game. They went 13-43 from three (7 of the 13 makes were in the first quarter) and got out-rebounded 58-36. That must have been an ugly game to watch.

Good games today so far that are helping the Lakers.

Jazz and OKC lose making it now likely Rockets getting 3rd seed.

Memphis also winning gives me hope that they’ll stay 8th seed and only need one win against the Blazers instead of two.

How in the world you think that houston will get to no 3? They are 1.5 games behind nuggets right now. More importantly you think they are stupid to get to 3 when they match up well with lakers.
Stop dreaming about memphis. They will not be 8. Entire plqyoff teams working to bring portland to 8.

Blazers, rockets, clippers, celtics/raptors. This will be our path to a ring.

Important games 8/8:

Jazz vs. Nuggets --> Root for Jazz

8. Blazers
9. Memphis

This seems to be more reasonable outcome.

Grizzlies schedule is brutal.

I can see Blazers getting the 8th spot and the Spurs, the Suns and the Grizzlies all tied in 9th with 33 wins.

It’s possible based on the Nuggets schedule. It isn’t kind.

Kawhi sitting out today. We knew this was coming.

An easy assist to the Blazers.

First time watching the clippers in the bubble.

They are a dynamic offense for sure, but severely overrated on defense.

They have decent individual defenders, but collectively it just doesn’t look like they really stop anyone.

I am embarrassed by the Lakers 3 point shooting lol.

Gary Trent Jr. is a 21 year old who has been ballin’ He is an ultra confident player and gives them another scoring option. It’s really a different team now.

Don’t know if you saw PG getting pissed and talking (bleep) to Trent

I think the Lakers still win the series, but man oh man they had better get their shooting (bleep) show together.
