The homer in me says Laker in 5/6. Reality kicks in and we’re in a dog fight and I’m just so annoyed with this team. Confidence sure but there’s levels to that too.

Unfortunately no. Not because of this game, but because they haven't looked even remotely close to the early March team peaking just before the playoffs. Here's to hoping they are going to prove us all wrong.
The shooting is literally unbelievable. If we shoot 20% from 3 we win last night. That’s ALL that’s a matter. The whole team forgot how to shoot. It’s like they are cursed. Only team in bubble that doesn’t make threes. It’s crazy. At some point you have to pull green. He’s been dog poo poo. Adds some d but he can’t hit a wide open 3. That’s the other thing. Their threes are mostly uncontested! You’re in the nba! Hit the wide open 3! So frustrated.
Yeah... just a missed opportunity. If they could just make 3 more 3s it’s a different game. That would still be abysmal shooting and we couldn’t even do that. We win game 2 and I say Lakers in 5 or 6. We lose I say Lakers in 7.
Blazers in 5 or 7. We're slow and can't hit an outside shot to save our lives. I said the minute we signed Danny Green...that was the worst signing of any team in the off season.
I'm looking forward to Danny Green laughing all the way to the bank with his third championship ring with three different franchises. _________________ Under New Management
We shot a historically terrible 16% from 3s and were still in it with 1.5 minutes left in the game. It won't happen again. _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals

Good news is we get to wear our Kobe Jersey game 4! We’ll be down 0-3 by then, but the Jersey will hit like a Draymond Groin punch. Lakers in 7! 🤣 _________________ “You have to dance beautifully in the box that you are comfortable dancing in.” - Kobe Bryant
I don't feel great about it but there are the things we need to see:
Shots falling - DG, KCP, Caruso, Morris - these guys gotta hit shots. We can't miss 20+ 3's and be ale to keep up offensively. KCP and Green particularly need to step it up.
AD needs to play like AD and not float around the perimeter as though he's Al Harrington or Rashard Lewis. He needs to get down low and out quick/skill Whiteside or out big/skill Nurkic.
LeBron needs to be more in attack mode and the leading scorer. When he sits back and tries to set everyone up - while nobody is hitting shots - it makes us easy to defend.
Vogel made a terrible call last night taking out Kuz and AC in favor of KCP and Danny. AC played great D (all things considered) and Kuz was in a. really good rhythm and low key carrying us to that 6 point lead.
Dwight needs to keep his hands to himself. He's too important to this roster, and particularly this series... I'd argue this is the series we need him the most... to get himself in foul trouble overt ticky tack stuff.
Rondo might actually make a big difference in this series.
Have some faith fans! It's been a while and we are in some crazy circumstances. We will win. It's jarring that we don't go 16-0 in the playoffs but it is what it is. Enjoy the ride! _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals
I feel like we will win the series but the shooting and offense is a huge concern. At first I thought it was just a few bad games which is normal but it's becoming a consistent issue.
Doesn't help that Vogel messed around in the seeding games with the rotation when they should've been getting time together after being off for a few months
Lakers have done quite a good job on the defensive end, especially after Q1. Lillard and Blazers were red hot before the game and in the Q1 in fact but has been silent then.
AD is the man to blamed. He is the man supposed to carry our offense but he has done good enough today.
KCP could be more aggressive. He could do some playmaking works alongside LeBron and try to hit some mid range jumpers like AB did. AD, LeBron and Green spaced the floor well for him.
We may miss Rando. He could help to control the pace and release LeBron from playmaking job sometime.
Our defense is really good. And Blazers couldn’t match our duo superstars
Good game. We’ve controlled red hot Lillard and Blazers to 18 and 88 only. Excellent defense works again. And our offense are back as well. AD led the way and KCP excelled too. What a great game!
Glad I waited until after game 2 to vote...! lol _________________ “Always remember... Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.”
Yes. Anticipated the Blazers winning Game 1. The Lakers will win the next game as well. Game 3 won't be really close, but Game 4 will be a nail biter. Blazers win Game 5 before the Lakers put them away for good in Game 6. _________________

I'm interested in Olivia Munn. But similar to this LAL/DROZ situation. I don't think the feelings are mutual.
I bet you some of these people who voted "no" also said "Lakers in 5" or "Lakers in 6" in that prediction thread. Like didn't you yourself predict the Lakers would lose one or two games? So why do people think the series is over when you lose the one game if you predicted that they would lose some games to begin with??

Lol rant over. Just an observation.
People that watch a lot of media were massively doubting the Lakers especially. I made 3 bets on this game and won them all, 2 of them said it was just the Lakers hitting shots which wont happen again haha.. In all honesty they still didn't even shoot that great from the outside and missed a ton of open looks they just dominated the offensive glass and didn't foul. I think the Blazers will score more but tonight's game is more in line to how they played the majority of the season not anything too crazy at all.
