I don’t blame markieff too much because ultimately he is a bench player and nobody else gave Vogel the confidence on whom to ride. Kuzma and Dwight offered very little defensively, so the only hope was markieff at that point. The game needs to be not be so close going into the 4th to where you can kind of hide those deficiencies. The starters need to build leads. Bench just tread water.
With lebron and Ad to start the game and second half we should be up in those stretches, yet we find the team trailing or tied. That should be our biggest advantage.
I'ma be real with you chief, I don't know if I have the patience to watch this game in its entirety. I was so tense during last night's game and the ending got me so mad I went to sleep mad, and still woke up mad. Still hoping for the best.
Yeah it shouldn't be so aggravating, it's entertainment/sport not life or death but damn that last game....ugh, man couldn't stop thinking about it and am still pissed off about it.
This game will be hard to watch, let's hope we get off to a good start to relieve some of the pressure.
That's kinda true, but you know what's just as real as life and death? The way we feel about it. So, whether it's the agony of an overdue bill, or the Lakers going back and forth w/Miami, the emotions for many of us emotionally invested fans will be the same in terms of agonizing, but different, in terms of the reason.
Jerry West was the same when he was with the Lakers. I don't care how he feels now in his other role.

Ya I watched the entire game and it really took it out of me also I’m not watching the next game I’ll check the score on my phone
Apparently only Brothers seems to favor the home team in the bubble. Capers and Guthrie have so far refed games in which the visitors have won the majority of the games in the bubble. Crew Chief Capers has had the visitors winning over 70% of their games at 10/14 games. Lets make it a cool 11/15.
Nerves are going to be running high for some of our guys tonight. I would like to see more time for Rondo to keep the team calm, and to control the pace.
It ends tonight folks. I think Adam Silver advised the refs to favor the Heat last game because the ratings are in the toilet. He's got sponsors to answer to, so he had to do something.

Disney owns ABC. Thus, Disney is dependent on advertising revenue. The refs are living on a Disney property that they cannot leave. The opportunity for conflict of interest is kind of huge and obvious. This situation is kind of akin to the Lakers hosting all the games for the finals at Staples, with the games all on Spectrum only, and the refs all had to stay at a hotel owned by Jeannie when not officiating a game. That would be a bad look, but no one calls out Disney. Even if everything is above board, there is a lot of potential conflict of interest in this setup.

This whole restart was based on TV money. They had to get to a certain amount of games played before they could get paid. Just like everything else in America, it's all about capitalism. I'll give them credit though, I just knew people were going to get sick like MLB and the NFL. I think it finally took it's toll on Milwaukee and the clippers though, and they just wanted out of the bubble.
Lebron and AD will play effectively. One or two of our role players are due for a good game. It's all based on their patterns. Vogel usually has his Lakers play better defense after a loss. As long as Lebron and AD play decently, and 1 or 2 role players have good games, I like our chances.
Depends on how AD is doing, if he’s healthy and aggressive then it goes a long way towards winning this. LeBron needs another 30+ pt triple double effort. Role players need to hit shots and not have weird turnovers. _________________ "We are the goodest." - Shaq ESPN interview

Expect intensity and physicality from the beginning tonight.
I finally expect to see Bron attack the paint and collapse the miami defense. I also anticipate no more open looks for duncan. _________________ "WEARESUCK"
