| Anyone knows how many games he is missing? I believe KD missed like 3-4 games just recently for the same thing. |

Not yet. KD was a definite contact tracing incident. He was with somebody in their car, neither one of them were wearing masks, and then the person he was with returned a positive Covid test. KD never did but since he was with that person he had to be pulled out for a minute (about a week) so they could check and make sure he was OK. KAT - on the other hand - caught the virus. It was announced that he was Covid positive on January 15 and his game against us the other day was his first game back.
So that’s the $64k question: was Dennis just exposed or did he actually contract the virus.
Hopefully he is just a quarantining due to contact at which point you know he’ll be out for like a week-ish. |

I had to go look at the injury thread he was out December 28 through January 7 and it looked like he missed between five and six games. Definitely at least five games because one of the tweets says said “this is the fifth game in a row”...

Starting Wes/KCP kinda showed the lack of dynamism from our backcourt with LBJ having to create everything. Granted, no AD, but I think we will really miss Dennis the next few games.
I love AC, but he is not a scoring threat at all.
THT, love his potential, but he's not there yet.
I know some like to really poop on Dennis, but he is really important to this team this year.

| These games show why we need him. He can actually create for himself even with his terrible decision making at times. Our other guards really can’t now that THT has been scouted. |

When I hear others say that AC/THT can just take Dennis’s role...nah. Not even in the same ballpark in terms of being able to create and score (though THT is only 20).

I don’t remember whether Kevin had it or not but science has already debunked that immunity myth anyway. People have had recurring COVID infections (I actually know someone who did)
Anyway KD was back from the Health and Safety protocol and then he missed our game due to a hamstring strain. Bro can’t catch a break. |

Covid is still largely a mystery. There have been some studies that suggest immunity after contracting covid could last for as little as a few months, or as long as a few years. So the immunity Durant had after contracting covid last March could be gone now. |

I've seen re-infections, still not common and all had it over 6 months prior... so far |

Last night was a winnable game with DS. Without him and LBJ we have no one to orchestrate the offense.
The second unit was out of sync for most of last night because we had no true PG to lead them.
THT & AC will have to "toe the line" for a few games but so far they have not shown much as far as running an offense.
I expect both to play better against the Wizards but we definitely miss DS more than some will admit. |

The good news is Schroder has tested negative for the coronavirus, something reported by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. However, before the Lakers’ loss to the Heat on Saturday, coach Frank Vogel said they had a “more firm timeline” on Schroder’s return and that he would miss a week, with the Lakers hoping to have him back next Friday (against Portland). That would be due to contact tracing, Wojnarowski reports.

Hopefully back soon. We win tonight with him playing. Same with the HEAT game and maybe the Nets one. I think the team without him lacks a secondary perimeter scorer off the dribble.
