Marc Gasol was on Ibai's Twitch channel (channel in Spanish, a few days ago he was named the best streamer in the world 2020). It was a very funny conversation because Ibai is a super charismatic streamer, but in summary I can tell you that he has chosen the number 14 to play for the Lakers and that although several teams were calling him, he wanted to think about his options calmly, but in the end It was an easy choice because of the players he has and the options to win the title, which is the most important thing for him.
It was an interesting interview. He also praised the defensive mindset of the team as well as how his style of play can help LeBron and AD in the offensive side.
Marc is obviously a massive athletic downgrade from Jav/Dwight. But that passing, defensive positioning, and BBALL IQ? Gonna be a thing of beauty to watch him with LBJ/AD in that starting lineup. Keep him fresh and play him under 20mpg. I still think we need another 7 footer on the team.

When we had young Marc he was fat, slow and out of shape. Now he isn’t so fat or out of shape but still slow. It will be good to see a Laker jersey with Gasol on the back. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

His body was never the issue. What makes McGee useless is his brain. He’s the alltime Shaqtin the fool for a reason, and what made him useless and a liability in the playoffs.
McGee’s career in general will go down as a massive underachiever. Not only is Trez athletic, he's explosive. Just loses out on height though
