3 games in, from Gasoft to Gasolino... man! I wanna see the final form of this team when they ramping up for playoff

Gasol Impact > both Dwight/JaVale combined, just is

This is the final form.
I don't think it can get better. Which is good enough imo

Forget the knock down 3s, the passing and blocks last night were enough.

People who expect Gasol to be effective every game are expecting too much. He's a special weapon, who needs a) to be rested and healthy b) to be put into a situation which hides his weaknesses (slow feet, age) and accentuates his strength (passing/vision, team/position defense). When utilized properly he is absolutely special.
Vogel is competent - he will build Gasol optimally over the 72 games - I expect Gasol will be load-managed down the line.

We have a three headed PF to put next to AD from time to time (reg season)

Vogel and his coaching staff showed that they know when to use which player and rotation. I am confident the can take the correct decisions to have efficient play from Marc Gasol as well.

it seems like Gasol and Kuzma is a good pairing as Kuzma loves to make moves without the ball

Marc will have games like last one in the future...as well as awful ones. Just don't overreact.

I have been reading what Raptor fans are saying on RealGM and some of them already miss Marc Gasol admitting that he was 1 of the reasons why they won the title.

Yep yep!
Although just the ability to hit a 3 provides more spacing for the passes.
But yea, that's gravy.
Imagine what they'll look like when they gel.

Any good slasher will benefit from Gasol passing. Spacing is the key though so if Vogel want to maximize Gasol ability, he has to have the right mix when Gasol is on the high post or in the top of the key.

Tonight is the Gasol game that I really want to see: Gasol v. Nurkic, power vs. power.

Andre Drummond was bullying Dwight Howard.

Clip of plays in link:

Convinced Marc Gasol could drop a perfect bounce pass with a deflated basketball.

Getting the best version of Marc is better than winning a regular game against the Blazers

Would've liked Marc to play in the 4th or close the game out.

He was +14 while Trez was a -20.

He did that vs. Nurkic too. But I guess for some, that still won't count.

Seems like Vogel was testing Trezz’s limitations because Nurkic abused the Lakers when Gasol was on the bench.

I'm encouraged by Marc's last two games. Hoping he can do this when we see teams like Portland in the playoffs.
