It doesn't work that way. Even if he is in the NBDL, he still takes up a roster spot.

i don't know what this means in regards to signing a new player, but for wafer, hopefully his time down there, calms him down a little, gives him consistent minutes to learn how to channel his game.

Probably trying to give the kid some burn so he can shake off the nerves that got him bricking every last shot he takes. We've all heard he's a machine in practice, poor kid's gotta be wound tighter than John Ashcrofts (bleep).

Good move honestly. With Ronny back Von wasn't going to see any meaningful minutes. Truth is we probally should have took Taft instead of Wafer.

I wanted Orien Greene or Ryan Gomes with that last 2nd round pick, they both looked good last night.

Yeah both look solid. I remember Mike really liked Greene.

Wafer will get some PT. It's hard to be a shooter, when you don't get a chance to shoot in games.

The only problem is they don't play the triangle the way the Lakers do. At least he can practice shooting in game situations.

Wafer can also work on his defense.

as long as he doesn't have a guy jump over him and dunk like snyder did, he'll be fine.

It'll be interesting to see how Von does with some PT. We all see his athleticism, now we can see how he does on the court with some time to pull his game together. Anyone know anything about the Flyers? Who's on the team, how much burn he'll get, what kind of offense they run? Any ideas where to find that info?
