i put some blame on phil too, in terms of awfulness on court. his subs are so pathetic and stunted.. he should stop playing luke and get george out more. AND bynum over kwame for 10 a game. _________________ Kobe is Kobe is Kobe is Kobe. |

Same way I dealt with it in the 90's.
Lowered expectations for the present and hope for the future. |

I personally like to play NBA video games and make all the moves I wish we would make but don't because of Mitch's ****ing incompetence |

You know the funny thing is that I can't even stand to play this team on my game (2k6), cause I get too disgusted when I can easily put up 22, 10, and 6 with Odom every night! So instead I am started a fantasy draft league with all the greats added in. After some trades (including giving away all my draft picks) I was able to get this team:
Magic
Kobe
Cooper
Worthy
Mihm
backed by:
Ginobili
Bynum
Cook
Sasha

Public beheadings of the slackers would, I think, be extremely effective.

I begin by vomiting my food that I order to watch the games
Then I kick everyone out of my place that came over to watch it
I turn off my cell phone because the haters are always first to call to ask how the game went (like they dont know)
Then I proceed to b*tch and moan to the only other two people Im close to that give a damn
I then watch numerous vids created by LakeShow09, LD2k and check out highlights from LakersPlayoffBound
I call up a booty call 4 hours before booty hour and take out my frustration
I then take a shower because I have booty juice all over me
I then go to Carls Jr and purchase a Lamar Odom bobblehead (they have these things still i cant believe it) and I go outside my car and break the living sh*t out of it
Then I go home and read the post game comments and DB's break down of the game and who sucked azz
Pop in my Girl Next Door dvd and watch the motel scene not once but twice
I then remember to delete the game off of my tivo
theres more, but im sure you get the point _________________ “YO JEANIE, WHATS UP MY BIIIAAACCCHH!” – COCA JAMES ON 1540AM THE TICKET LAKERS ROUNDTABLE - 03/02/06

Well, I see your back and, as obnoxious as ever.... Ofcourse, I can take solace in knowing that a (bleep) like you won't last long. Welcome back at least temporarily troll...
Btw, I've become a Sasha fan as well so you can get all weird about that to since you think my business is yours. See unlike you I like the Lakers so, you can just about add me to the jock of every guy on the squad. My intentions as a fan is to support my team. Your agenda sucks, and your welcome to it... _________________ "According to ESPN.com's conference projections, the Lakers will finish 12th in the West, which prompted Bryant to tweet earlier this offseason, "12th I see.." |

I talk to my best friend, who's a Golden State Warriors fan. They have "the best back court in the league", remember? This was supposed to be a year when they finally made the playoffs. At least the Lakers still have a chance of making the playoffs. The Warriors, at this point, have none. And then I think about all the championships the Lakers have won, and all the finals appearances they've made, and realize there are teams out there that have yet to even make the playoffs, and I feel pretty lucky to be a Lakers fan. _________________ I would rather have questions I cannot answer than answers I cannot question - Richard Feynman |

Coca is the message board equivilent of Lamar Odom (in terms of performance). This post would be one of those monster triple-double games Odom has from time to time... |

Oh, and personally, I also turn off the cell to avoid the haters, then curl up fetal position, gently rocking back and forth, muttering "KG is not just pipe, KG is not just pipe" to myself while I try to find my safe place... |

Come to LG and listen to all the pissing and moaning so I am not alone.
Maybe I'll try just ignoring the rest of the season altogether.
Oh wait, I already tried that. Didn't work...
I sometimes wish we were out of the playoffs now so we are put out of our misery rather early (like last year) and we can start looking forward to the potential moves that we can make, rather than wait around and hope while the Kings inevitably catch us and we can watch Mike Bibby do that f$@#ing dance that makes us all want to collectively take a swing at his head with a baseball bat....
(I feel better already. Thanks LG!!) |
