Suns will be a hot destination for FAs next few years. solid coaching, nice young core, top notch training/medical staff to prolong veteran players' career.
The Lakers should get some love for holding up the Suns and taking two games given their circumstance, it seems pretty obvious to me, healthy LeBron and AD we're beating them
This is why I am not worried about the Lakers next year regardless of what happens with the roster. Booker is awesome and so are the Suns. He reminds me of the Mentality of Kobe.
But even a semi healthy Lebron and AD made them competitive and perhaps dominanted the Suns at times.

true that was their first trip to the playoffs playing defending champs. This series will go a long way win or lose in helping them better define themselves.
We need some better talent. and no Dwight isnt that

Could be for vets.
They gotta start paying their current players soon.
And what's CP3 gonna ask for. Does he opt out for a longer one? _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!!
What's scary about the Suns is that Ayton hasn't even been unleashed. He has a great shooting touch and is going to be a 25 pts per game player soon. The league is lucky CP3 is 36 yrs old, and not 26.
The league is also lucky that LeBron is 36 and not 29. 😂
But how much more of DA do you think the suns will unleash say in the next 2 years?
Trudat! Lebron at 29 with AD owns the league easily. I think it's up to Ayton. He'll make some noise if he wants to eat more. Dude is efficient not just because of dunks. That midrange is money. Booker has Ayton, poor Mitchell has Rudy. LOL!
Who’s better— Ayton or 07-08 Andrew Bynum?
Bynum was probably more talented but Ayton is a better fit for the modern NBA. He's more mobile, a better rim runner, a better perimeter defender, and a better shooter (he was a decent shooter in college.)
Not to mention Ayton has a better head on his shoulders. He's constantly praising his teammates (called the game-winner last night Crowder's, not his) and has shown a willingness to sacrifice his touches to focus on defense. Unlike Andrew "Close-out games are Easy - There's a bank in every city - I'm done training with KAREEM because there's nothing left he can teach me" Bynum. _________________ If Brandon Knight were to come out, I would take him number 1 in the draft. - Magic Johnson Mar 27, 2011

I knew something was up with the officiating last night.
Quote:
The Phoenix Suns came into Tuesday night’s Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals knowing they were facing a tough Los Angeles Clippers team.
The game was also being refereed by Scott Foster, which appeared not to be advantageous for the Suns considering the history he has with Chris Paul’s teams.
That’s because Paul’s teams — regardless if the Point God plays or not — had lost 11 straight games in which Foster has officiated.

PHOENIX -- There is optimism within the Phoenix Suns organization that Chris Paul, out for the start of the Western Conference finals because of the league's health and safety protocols, could return for Game 3 on Thursday in Los Angeles, sources told ESPN.

Ayton and Bridges are both up for extensions soon and Robert Sarver has a history of keeping a pretty tight wallet as an owner
Edit: I believe Cam Payne is a UFA this summer too and sure he'll be looking for a pay increase, he's earned it this playoffs for sure

He may not want to be a Clipper but he wants to be in LA. Lakers can't afford him and he can't play hockey so he'll stay with the Sail Boat Boys. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

The thing the Clippers have on their side is looks like they figured out Patrick Beverly can guard Booker. Booker I believe had 7-8 turnovers tonight.
We will see if that is enough.
Booker is a bit of a hot head and that plays right into Beverly's defensive style. As the series progresses I can see him getting into Booker's head
You guys are forgetting the C factor CP3. He's going to be on the floor. He'll mentor Devin. He'll make sure he keeps his cool. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

That's only because Devin was asked to be a playmaker tonight, in the absence of CP. When CP is back and Booker is back to playing off the ball, Beverly's overly aggressive defense, will put him in foul trouble.

booker is all world. He will kill beverly. My guess is that he puts 40 on him next game.
He just might. With the return of CP3, he won't have as much on his plate. He'll be able to concentrate on putting the pill in the cup. I predict PB will foul out. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Wow. You're insane (in a good way).
That foot work and touch.
Left hand. Right hand.
Length!
Man. I was always rooting for him ever since we drafted that pudgy kid out of jersey. Dunked on Shaq on national television, and over the years developed his skills and his body. RIP my guy. _________________ 💜💛 🏆 👀 🍖 #18!!!
