The interesting thing to me is how poorly the league is shooting 3 pointers as a whole.

The league now stands at 34.4%, versus 36.6% last year. Our current 3-point shooting of 37% would have been about league average last year.

If the current figure holds, it will be the lowest 3-point shooting for the NBA since 1999.

mainly because of the new rule, defenders now can close out hard on shooters without thinking of shooters jumping on them to fish a foul. Shooters who doesnt use screens alot are the most affected. Also those spot up shooters. Shooters who use screens alot like Curry are not that affected.
