Anyone notice that Smush has a streak in the middle of his head?
I'm starting to think that's remnant from his "surgery brain." |

I dont blame smush. He was cut and being paid less than a million for a reason. Its obvious he isnt suited for sitations like that. Blame Mitch for not giving us someone better. _________________ Pain is temporary, at the end of pain is success... |

Smush has elite athleticism, but now I know why he couldn't land a job in the NBA. He's a moron - Simple as that.
I wish they could take Luke Walton's brain and Smush's body - And make a Frankenstein PG with smarts and skills. |

In the meanwhile Derek Fisher goes for 18pts & 10assists as the Warriors defeat Orlando. |

Smush thinks he's still in the playgrounds of NY where he could walk the ball up court and not think anyone will play D on him.

Mad athleticism...yes, but I knew he was a moron the first time I heard a post game interview. |

Kwame is getting more than that, and contributing a lot less than Fisher ever did.
It seemed pricey at the time, but we shoulda re-signed him... |

Not for 6 million. Fish never put those types of numbers as a starter for the Lakers and I doubt he is doing that consistently with the G-men. |

That one play didn't lose the game for us...lack of energy on defense was what lost it tonight. I swear..you guys are the same fans who were making a thread praising Smush for his play yesterday. _________________ Please jump off the bandwagon while you can. |

Smush did make a bone head play at the end. However, the game was lost when the whole team looked disinterested for three quarters. They were slow to the ball and just slept walk on the defensive end. The Blazers came out with more energy and simply wanted it more. _________________ Ringo "You retired too?"

Smush should be a role player. He should be a guard coming off the bench, providing some scoring and some energy on D. Instead, we have to start him because of lack of PGs on this team.
The kind of late-game turnover you saw tonight was created in the off season... |

'05-'06 D.Fish as a Starter 8)
10 starts/40.2 min/g
16.5 pts/g - 6.6 ast/g - 2.6 stl/g - 3.0 rbd/g
43.4FG% - 38.7 3PT%

6 million/yr for a veteran hard-nosed, clutch tri experienced PG.

What about Kwame?
8million + Caron Butler for Kwame.
Yeah Smush is a backup at this point in his career. No biggie. Shoulda kept Caron, Fish (backed up by Smush) and signed a defensive journeyman PF for vet min or partial MLE (cause that's all the production Kwame is giving us). Then, Mitch/Jimmy could've got better value for Caron instead of buying the fool's gold that is Kwame Brown. Kwame sux. |

You're being a little nice when you say Kwame sucks. He DOES NOT DESERVE to wear purple and gold...sorriest #1 pick in history! IMO |
