So it seems that all of the nationally broadcast NBA games would be shown through a sub to this new service, and we would then only be responsible for getting our Laker games elsewhere. |

If all one cares about is basketball, then league pass is still the best, provided you know how to work around local blackouts. If you don't need to watch other teams, then next, best is the Access Sportsnet subscription for the Lakers. I think it's $20 or something.
The streaming landscape is a mess. I wonder what it will look like in 10 yrs. |

We are 10 years into the streaming landscape. An era where Disney pulled content from Netflix to launch their own streaming service, aside from ESPN+, bought Hulu, and is looking to dump the ABC cable channel. I think streaming services have replaced cable, becoming just as greedy. |
