According to Rambis, who was on Dave Smith's show last week, McKie is most likely done for the year. |

Never. IMO, he will continue to collect disability checks from the Lakers (courtesy of Phil Jackson, of course) until we find another veteran in need of disability sponsorship next season. I guess we are back in the phil-anthropy business again.

Forgetaboutit! McKie is suffering from fossilitis or in other words permanent disability.

All the most recent news is indicating that it's not likely he'll make it back for the regular season. Nothing has even mentioned his potential playoff availability at this point....

I'd like to cut McKie loose and go with Laron and JJ next year. Sign JJ to a one-year contract and let him showcase himself while we contend for a title (as long as JJ comes through this year).
Not sure how much money we'll have to spend though because McKie is signed through next year. |
