settle down....
Anyway, that's the media for ya. They pick sides and of course it's easy to pick on Kobe because he didn't have Shaq. However, it's pretty obvious Tim has the plater (bleep) or whatever, i hear he gets treatment for it almost everday. |

When'd we start allowing posters wishing ill on any player, let alone one that makes a major difference to both the NBA and one of its teams?
Blame the media if you want, not the player. |

Good edit. It's really low to want an opposing player to be seriously injured. _________________ "Why do you think bad things happen, anyway???" "So we have something good to look forward to."

I am curious why anyone would hate Tim Duncan? I used to hate his LACK of expression..
I think we should hate Stern FAR MORE for than the players he props up |

I can see you've never heard of "sportsmanship"???
Never played an organized sport?
Or just a bitter, hateful, sad person who is envious of successful people and *Samuel L. Jackson voice* "hope they all burn in HELL!!!" _________________ Build around team players, not ISO players. |

No problem. We're all human and I let myself get caught up in emotions sometimes too. Just take a look at some of the game threads. Can't say I ever have wanted an opposing player actually seriously hurt though. I always cringe when players get hurt - especially a badly twisted ankle. I have very thin ankle bones, which is good for speed and jumping, but bad when you land on someones foot. So a badly turned ankle brings back bad memories for me. _________________ "Why do you think bad things happen, anyway???" "So we have something good to look forward to."

I don't see any moderators in this thread telling him to edit his post, is he supposed to listen to people with 10,000 posts?
BTW, Tim Duncan is one of the biggest divas in the game, if he doesn't get a call(which is rare) watch the show he puts on. It's like a criminal asking a judge for a second chance. He's also an idiot, his comments about the NBA dress code made him look like a bafoon. I can also vouch that he's not such a humanitarian in person. The guy thinks his stuff don't stink. |
