4 wins every 7 games (4-3).
12-9 after 21.
43-39 at the end of the season. |

im sorry but im gonna be realistic and say 9-12 and miss playoffs.... i hope i eat my words on this because i just dont see lamar odom as a consistent 2nd option force in the triangle offense.... from the beg of season we needed 3 things....a power foward that consistent 8 point 10 board average, a point guard that can average more than 6 assists per game and a versatile 6th man that can play any position. I see Lamar as a future 6th man not a starter anymore.
other than this we need players that can play defense and take the slack off of Kobe |

@ NOK-: even though we lost vs. Spurs but we played with high energy and we carry that forward and win this one(important win in case of tied). (32-30)
@ SA-: We give a bit of fight but the champs do their thing and win. (32-31
Vs. SEA-: Come back Home and get back on track and win this one. (33-31)
@ Sac-: With Bonzi back and Artest ready for revenge=a lose(33-32)
Vs. MIN-: Back to Back game but it's home game and Sacramento isn't far from Los Angeles so the players get the rest and respond w/ a W(34-32)
@ NJ-:We always seem to fight good with nets and do the same here to get another win(35-32)
@ CLE-: With the Cavs stumbling a bit we take advantage of that and win 3 in row(36-32)
@ BOS-:Back to Back game and we don't have much left after some great wins and ends up losing this one(36-33)
Vs. SAC-:Home game and we start feeling the needs for wins and mange to win(37-33)
vs. MIL-: We get careless and don't fight hard and parker let Ford run all over the court and we lose this one(37-34)
vs. NOK-: Hornets fight with urgency for playoff spot and Lakers get careless again at home and the Hornets steal this one(37-35)
vs. SA-: Home game and after 3day rest Lakers come out to prove something and JJ is their to back us up by now and we steal one from the defending champs (38-35)
@SEA-: Back to back game away and we lose this one(38-36)
Vs. HOU-: W/rockets struggling to keep their hopes alive for playoff and we take advantage of that and get the win(39-36)
@ @DEN-: With another 3 day rest we go to Colorado and Kobe will us to victory land(40-36)
@ PHO-With Amare back the Suns loot better then ever and kill us at their home(40-37)
Vs. LAC-We come back home and take care of business and Kobe goes off again giving us a very needed win(41-37)
Vs. GS- With another disappointing season by Golden State we put in bigger hole and less hope of making the playoffs by a win here at home(42-37)
Vs. POR- Lakers seem to sense the importance of winning easy game and win this (43-37)
vs. PHO- Lakers on a roll and Kobe on a mission to take us to our short team destination(playoffs) and Lakers ride w/him and give all out and we escape w/ win(44-37)
vs. NOK-: Last game of the season and we take care of business at home and finish up with high note with 5th win in row(45-37)
We finish 14-7 on our last 21 games
... With that record I say we end up finishing 7th placeā¦

Our team will either pull a 2005 Denver or a 2005 Cleveland. I'd still rather take it 1 game at a time. |
