If you could choose any players in the NBA to make the 1996 Bulls team what would they be??????

For example

Luc Longley--------------------Chris Mimh
Dennis Rodman---------------Reggie Evans
Scottie Pippen-----------------Joe Johnson
MJ---------------------------Kobe
Ron Harper--------------------John Salmons
Bench

Toni Kukoc---------------------Hedo Turkoglu
Steve Kerr---------------------Luther Head

Dennis Rodman---------------Shawn Marion
Scottie Pippen-----------------Lebron James
Ron Harper--------------------Dwayne Wade
Bench

Toni Kukoc---------------------Melo
Steve Kerr---------------------Mike Bibby

1) spelled Mihm wrong
2)Why is Kobe on the left side?
3) Same question as LakerFan4Lyfe
4) Well... I think everything else is fine, but I'm not sure about the Pippen comparison.

First of all, I really do hate these threads, but for god's sake Laker Lurker, those are horrible comparisons. Are you joking? Everyone of the current players you point to are WAY better than their supposed counterparts on the Bulls. Come on!

there are no comparisons. this team doesn't play like that team in any way. none of the players are comparable.

He asked for any player of choice that can make the 1996 Bulls team. This was easy, trying to make them match is too much work

I'm glad someone finally started a thread like this.

Ever since Phil came back, I have been waiting for someone to compare this team to the Bulls or how to make this team resemble the Bulls!

At long last, my prayers have been answered! I can't believe it took 8 months, though.

how can you dis-credit Pippen and Rodman like that?

People are confusing the original post here I think.

Does it mean choose player who would "make" the Bulls squad over the
players that were on there (beating them out for a roster spot?).

Or does it mean which player on our team resembles each player's roll
on the Bulls squad ("NBA players to make up the 1996 Bulls team").

I actually think he meant the latter.

Although the former would be a better thread

you're right... the thread did say that, though in that case you should have picked Nash instead of Kerr...
