We're still in the driver's seat for playoffs.

One positive is that Kobe won't shoot 30% often, while hopefully the production we're seeing from the rest of the team can stabilize.

We shot nearly 60% ourselves tonight subtracting Kobe's shots.

This is just one game, and we'll bounce back.

Plus, we're about to see a lot more of Bynum, and personally I think that will make us stronger for the playoffs, though only if Mihm will be back for them.

Thanks for the pep talk.... too much negativity/moronic statements being posted!!

No, tonight rests on Kobe.

He's been playing like an injured Allen Iverson the past few games (except in the fourth) and it has now hit the bottom.

8-28

It does not get worse than that.
I've never seen a worse game from an all-star caliber player in my life.

No it aint. The sonics came to win, and we did what we have done all year.
Lose at home to inferiors teams. Its happened when Kobe has gone off..

This game was not played all-year-long; it was played today, 12:30 PM PST.

2-13 from threes.
2-7 in the fourth.
1-6 in the third

Need I go on?

Heres a better stat since you like #'s. We are virtually 500 at home (give or take) we are virtually 500 on the road(give or take)

We have been virtually 500 all year. This stat hold up whether Kobe, LO, Smush etc. goes off. If Kobe goes off luke probably doesnt. We are a 500 team and losing Mihm hurts.

Our talent is garbage. Next game we need to win. RLewis, Wilcox, Rid killed us

yea sure direct the attention away from your bias post.

I'd agree with you on most nights, but when Kobe shoots 2/20 from outside the paint, he's the reason why we lost.

Yes

20 points, 13 reb, 3 blk shots .... yeah .... he was garbage alright

Watch the game.

He was getting raped on defense tonight, not boxing out, getting dunked on, getting beaten on alley-oops and getting beaten down the floor.

I did ..... the whole team was getting raped on defense .... cook, kwame, Odom .... it was across the board.

I just can't believe we can run detroit and Spurs out and can't contain a lotto team like Seattle...

Kobe normally get's up for games against Ray ARay...

Worst game of the season for Kobe tonight...

Detriot & San Antonio were playing their 4th game in 5 nights, they looked tired in both those games. The Sonics don't look tired at all.

I'm sorry, but I knew that they would lose this game. After watching this team the entire season it was obvious. While the DET/SA wins were great, I didn't put a lot of faith in them because I know this team will turn around and get totally creamed by the worst teams in the league. It happened with Atlanta, Portland, and now Seattle. No surprise.
