I did not see the game vs the GS Warriors so I do not know how well he played defense.He was 10 for 17 from the floor.
Numbers that make you go Hmmmm.
I remember more than one poster saying Banks was not worth a 2nd round pick and that he would be available this summer for the minimum.

We better sign him with the MLE this summer. A Banks/Smush combo would be nice.
I don't want Banks to be another Billups/Larry Hughes. I'm not saying Banks will be as good as either, but we passed on signing either of them with the MLE and decided to use the MLE to re-sign George. Had we got Billups, and signed Jim Jackson who was availbable for the min, and at the time was a better player than Gerorge, we could've won 5 in a row.
Come on Mitch don't waste the MLE on another injury prone dinosaur 3 years in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sign a young guy about to break out. |
