Luke should have pulled that back, and then I think the last shot would have been ours instead of Melo hitting that.

smush got fouled

That was an obvious foul, another NBA ref assisted embarrasment.

I love this game!

luke should've called timeout again. And not sure what play phil was drawing, but if they wanted to run a play for kobe, they should've set 2 or 3 screens for him to free him up.

This loss was a three game swing. Instead of being 41 and 35 we are gonna be 40 and 37 after tommorrow night. We'll probably still squeak into the postseason, but it's certainly no lock yet.

But it would be very nice if we could get some god dammed whistles in our favor in crunch time. The Nuggs get breathed on and go to the line, Smush gets almost knocked down, but no call. That cost us the game. Well, that and many, many offensive boards by Denver.

With the way Phx has been playing lately, I wouldn't bet on it.

but, what this loss does probably do is lock the Lakers out of being able to overtake for the 6th spot. Lakers are 3.5 games behind with only 6 games remaining.

It will be interesting to see if Sacto can overtake us for 7th, but there doesn't seem to be any chance of New Orleans catching either Sacto or us, so either 7th or 8th would seem to be a lock.

Kobe looked too tight, for most of the game... The team couldn't get into a consistent rhythm. There were some really good individual hustle plays.

Carmelo was just unconscious tonight...sick!!

It seems to always take us about 2 games to get it all back together, after a long layoff.
