Preview to 2 x 2 tournament, should LAL make Final Four (tell me why) and who might be their strongest WC competitors? Assume all players are healthy and playing at tops of games.

Wade and Shaquille would easily win this.

It means Shaquille would have one on one coverage and if they do decide to double, you're leaving Wade alone to get a running start from the free throw line.

Shaq + one on one coverage from 3 feet away, even at 34, = unstoppable.

Lamar would pose mismatch problems and Kobe is Kobe but theres still no matchup for the Fat Man.

what about 3x3? Kwame/Kobe/Lamar could handle Wade/Shaq/Walker

Kobe & Lamar could beat Shaq & Wade.

If it's winners out and they started first. No way either of those 2 could match up on our boys!!

Kobe is Kobe and Lamar is one of the most versatile players in this league...For sure they should be in the top 4...im not sure if they can win it all though.

Kobe is the top 1-on-1 competetitor in the league and also a great perimeter defender. VS. single-coverage, he'd score every time. If they doublt him, that'd leave Lamar open all the time.

Don't sleep on that Rockets team, Yao & TMac-ouch!

I'm not sure the Lakers could win it, but should get into the playoffs, kinda like the season.

Go Lakers

Huh?? Who's gonna guard 335 lbs, if that, from 3 feet from the basket??? 220 lb. Kobe or 235 lb. Lamar??

Yeah Lamar can go around Shaquille but if I'm Shaquille, I make Lamar use his inconsistant jumper. And if there's a collision in the paint between Shaquille and Lamar, I think we know who wins that one.
