Why doesn't Kobe do what Shaq did?

Critizise the officials instead of getting a technical? Its cheaper than getting suspended, doesn't cost the team his services, and the money goes to charity. Also, can NBA fines be deducted on the tax return? anyone know?

When I got fined by the NBA, i was able to deduct them.
