According to John Ireland, Kobe had a chance to grab another record tonight....most points by a Laker in a single season. That could explain why Phillip let him stay out there as long as he did.

there are still 3 games left after this, and Kobe's just 15 pts away. He'll get it the next game.

Just now getting home from Royal Thai. Caught the first half over there. What a performance! And now I see my boy Lamar has earned his first triple-double. Yay-hoo!

And, crazy enough, I had to move Kwame into my starting fantasy lineup for championship week because Wallie went down for the year. Lo and behold, Kwame is delivering the title to me...$600 prize.

Go Lakers!

NICE. I bet you're a Kwame fan now!!

Yup...though I've always defended Kwame, who's also my boy. Give him time. But tonight I'm loving him right here, right now, no future involved. The dude is coming alive, making it look easy, and ensuring my fantasy season doesn't go to waste in the championship round because of injury.

LAL miss again…Diogu dunks…Bynum blocked on the dunk..Ellis drives, fouled. This Ellis kid is pretty impressive…lead is only 16, 3:37 left.

it may be garbage time, but some of these guys need to make better use of being on the floor if they want to keep off the bench
