exactly..

and people want him calling timeouts and screaming like and whining like Rick Adleman.

When a coach is out of control.. the players are out of control
When a coach whines and crys so do the players.
When a coach cant stand the pressure, niether do the players and they choke.

Phil handles things great. Thats why his teams dont choke and under pressure come back and make things happen.

Phil usually soaks it in a little before getting excited. At the post game press conference he was fighting to hold it in. He was showing respect for Phoenix. Look at the other side of the coin.

PS- I'm not sure Phil's expectation end with a second round exit. I really believe he considers the NBA Finals an option.
