He might be playing well, but just like Barry Bonds, I can't be impressed with his good play when he's such a jackass. _________________ Game recognize game, Granddad. - Riley Freeman, The Boondocks |

I didnt see the Kaveman in the box scores so I guess he may be injured.
Clips win though, nice gutcheck. |

Looks like game 5 might go to double ot if Clippers dont score with a second left.
The Laker fans who actually want the Suns to win are insane. Clippers have never beat us in anything important other then a regular season game here and there. The suns just knocked us out and do I even have to mention Raja?
Go anyone that plays Suns. I think I might want the Suns to lose more then I even want the Heat to lose. |

MVP of this series is Mobley. But for the Suns. Definition of a black-hole. Missed 4-5 layups in this game. |

Why didn't Clippers FOUL with 3.6 seconds left?!?
Suns were OUT OF TIMEOUTS - Foul them and make them make 2 freethrows! They would have to go FULL COURT with only 2 seconds.
Clippers didn't learn from the Lakers mistake. |

Two really awful overtimes. The regulation game was played at a very high level, but OT tanked bad. The Clipps are screwed. Best case scenario they get game 7 in phoenix with a rested Suns team. |

Man, where do I start?
1) They were off by 1-2 seconds on the 8 second violation. Livingston got the rebound with 36.9 on the clock, timeout was called with 36.2 seconds left. Shot clock violation was called with 31 seconds left. You do the math.
2) Who the hell puts a rookie in the game with 3.6 seconds left to guard their hottest three point shooter?
3) Why don't you use the foul that you have? Even if for some god forsaken reason the Clippers foul Raja Bell shooting a 3... Do you think making 3 free throws is easy when you know you need all three with no timeouts left?
4) Mobley shot not have been in the game, he was not doing anything on offense, why not put a defender in there?
5) Bell had 5 fouls when Tim Thomas fouled out, why not run more plays involving him switching onto Brand?
Mirror image of the Lakers series. Game won, Suns choking hard at the end of the game, one lucky shot changes the entire momentum of the series. |

Sam Cassell made TWO Smush Parker like bone-headed plays at the end of regulation.
1. The 8 second violation with 30 seconds
2. He comes down and shoots a QUICK three-pointer with 3 seconds still on the clock. He's lucky Tim Thomas launched the ball full-court.
Just some terrible mistakes at the end for the Clippers. |

And Barkley is such a (bleep) weak cheapshot artist. Did anyone hear that idiot say that when Kobe would be put in Bell's position that he would not have been looking to shoot? How (bleep) stunted is this (bleep)? _________________ "In essence, the trade was: Shaq, Rick Fox and Gary Payton for Odom, Kwame, Mihm, Profit, 2nd round picks, a 1st round pick and 30 million in luxury tax saviings." - LakerJam

Let's see how brave he is face to face with Kobe. I'm guessing he'll be sucking plenty of Kobe ass. |

Read the description... "Brand shoots under pressure from Bell"... This picture is pretty indicative of what the refs allow Bell to do on D in the playoffs. |

I was really impressed with Livingston's defense on Nash last night. I have friends in Peoria who have told me how great a player Livingston was in high school, and I can see now what they are talking about. If anyone on the Lakers had defended Nash that well, the Lakers would be playing the Clippers. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |
