Don't know if this is already really well known, but I discovered it the other day and it's pretty interesting.
This tool lets you plug in an address and gives you a ton of info on that particular house, including an estimate on the market value. It was pretty accurate with my place, my old place and other people I know. It may not be completely accurate, but what's fun is checking out your neighbors' and friends' houses.

I don't know how accurate this is.
It says the Playboy Mansion is only worth 6 mill.
It's 14,217 square feet and sits on 5 acres.

Dude, I don't know what's scarier, the Playboy Mansion's cheap value or the fact that you actually looked up the price as if you're going to buy it.  |
