Anyone else watching this game, lets see if the Spurs can pull off a 2000 Lakers and come back from 15 behind, although we were down 15 in the fourth, this is getting close. Jason Terry is playing himself right out of the MLE and into a lot more money which sucks for us. In all honesty Dallas is the only team that could win the title this year that wouldnt piss me off. I hate Detroit b/c of 2004, I dont want Shaq to pick one up before KB b/c the media would never stop. If the Spurs win it people would really start comparing our 2000-2004 Lakers to this Spurs team and they dont deserve that IMO. I dont want PHX to win for obvious reasons so that leaves me Dallas.

Well the Sterns are living up to their name, the 3rd quarter has been gift wrapped for them by uncle Stern himself.

thats bull, the spurs are by far the more aggressive team and the Mavs are starting to feel the pressure. Spurs are showing championship poise and playing good ball during the third quarter

Yeah, if that's what you want to call it go ahead.

I agree with that except we'll have to listen to more Mark Cuban for the next few years. Other than that, the Mavs are the least objectionable option.

I just submitted that. Yes. 84-82, it's the Sterns vs. Nowitzki. Avery just instructed Terry to do something.

Damn, even Steve Kerr is admitting there is a glaring foul difference.

Josh Howard picks up his 5th personal foul -- The one player (other than Terry and Harris) SA couldn't defend.

They can defend him just fine. Just fall down enough times and he'll foul out.

For sure, half the Dallas roster is in foul trouble, while the Sterns have 3 fouls on one player at most.

His point (which I believe is wrong) is that if you're the one-on-one defender, then it doesn't matter where your feet are, there can still be a charge. I don't think it matters if you're a help defender or not, but it DOES matter if the play originates in the low post, which is what happened there. The charge circle doesn't apply when a shot/play originates in the low post.

That last foul on Van Horn was a complete BS call. Dude was standing still with his hands straight up.
