..i gotta get this off my chest(i actually bring this up every chance i get, and reading tonights boxscores, figured it deserved attention again).

I CAN'T STAND THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS, TIM DUNCAN AND EVEN WORSE, THE NBA REFEREES LOVE AFFAIR OF THAT CHOIR BOY BALL CLUB! OH AND GREG POPAZIT CAN KMA TOO!!!

seriously, 39 FRIGGIN FREE THROWS! c'mon, and its not like this is the first time the refs have tried to gift wrap games for those pansies. this is repeated year after year, series after series. and its all because tim duncan and his band of flamin fruitloops are all such goodie goodies.

and i didn't watch the game because it just would've made me sick to my stomach. i can't stand watching the league try and hand them games in the playoffs. and when they played the lakers in the playoffs, i wanted to wring javies neck numerous times.

anyway, its good they are out. looks like dirk digler manned up and led his team to the WCF. i'm rootin for the mavs.

Have to admit I don't care for the German that much but he's not the same player he once was I don't know what changed maybe it was Avery but he seems different now than in previous playoff runs.

Sad irony for Spurs fans is that the Mavs were coached by a former Spur.

It was nice seeing them go down, especially Duncan, and that obnoxious tool Tony Parker.

Now that SA is out of the playoffs, I'm a happy camper. I'm just thrilled to peaches to know that Eva's team has been bumped. Way to go Dirk Digler. You certainly showed your huevo's tonight.

The most ref-coddled superstar in the history of the NBA.

Great quote. I have mixed emotions though. I hate the Suns and every player on their team. I had this same passionate hate for the Spurs and Kings once, but no more. I like the Mavs and am happy that they are advancing.

Dirk is now the best PF in the game. Inside, outside, he is off the hook. I never liked his game before, but I do now.

Why couldn't we have traded Snaq to Dallas for him

I tuned in after the half and to be honest, I'm not a Mavs fan because I just don't like Mark Cuban. But the refs were so bad I started pulling for the Mavs. Those calls on behalf of Duncan needs to be investigated. KVH was standing there with his hands straight up like a Frenchmen, it was like a concession basket but they blew the whistle anyway. It was even worst when you see it in slow motion. When they finally swallow the whistle and let them play, Timmy was like 1-6 at one stretch in the OT.

Although I think Duncan is a nice guy by NBA standars, but man, he is one of the biggest whinner in the NBA. Every miss which he didn't get to shoot FTs he flung his arms in protest. Every foul called on him he protested. I mean, he thinks he can do no wrong.

You are a nice guy timmy, but good ridden you whinner!

That foul they called on Howard to give the Spuds a chance at a four point play was garbage.

Even worse was the Spurs fans screaming at the refs.

I have to agree, I wasnt to impressed with the officiating this game. Its actually been pretty even at times, with both teams getting called for stupid fouls, but tonight was clearly in favor of the Spurs, Im just happy Dallas was able to overcome it and win. Go Dallas!!! Knock those sissy little Suns out!!!

I hate Spurs, I hate Suns, I hate Detroit, Im starting to get over the Queens, and im too young to hate the Celtics, but I love you!!! GO LAKERS, CHAMPIONS 2007!!!!!!!!!. I BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

We tried. But Cuban wouldn't accept any trade for Shaq that included Dirk.

I love Timmy. I absolutely adore Rob. I hate the rest of the crew, though.

Don't hate on Timmy, he's a great player. With or without the refs. He's the sole thing that kept the Spurs in the business. Manu then decides to take a leak on Timmy's efforts and lost the game.

Not true. According to Cuban, cuban never said he would never do it, he said he was never approached with this deal.

Nash was too busy making Dirk a better player in years previous, that's what has changed.

Guys, it is absolutely quiet in San Antonio today and it's a beautiful sight! No Spurs car flags, no "Go Spurs Go" banners and no "Repeat Championship" talk. The locals are blaming the refs again even though at one point of the game the Spurs had 30 free throws to the Mavs 9 free throws. It almost felt as good as a Laker win last night, remember that since 2000-the only team to eliminate the Spurs in the playoffs were the Lakers in 01, 02 and 04.

Yeah...at least when we complain about officiating, the Lakers are the one's getting the shaft - not the other-friggin-way-around.

Pretty stunted to make a thread like this after the mavs got away with one at the 4th quarter.

How can you hate Duncan? he embodies everything the NBA should be. He doesn't rape women, molest children, get caught with drugs, he is a good role model for kids. Quit crying, Tim Duncan is one of the top 10 PF's of all time and he's not a jerkoff.
