miami has no one to blame but themselves for this loss. the game was within reach...but when Ben Wallace has a higher FT percentage than your team, that's a problem _________________ "I define success by championships, by winning..." Kobe Bryant

Yeah, their FT percentage really sucked them tonight ... 30% !!!!!
Wade - 1 of 3
Haslem - 0 of 3
O'Neal - 1 of 5
Payton - 0 of 2
Mourning - 3 of 6
That's a loss of 14 points !!! |

This series is still over for the Pistons. I knew they wouldn't get closed out on their home floor. But I can guarantee the Heat will blow the Pistons out in game 6 to close this series out. Theres no way Detroit can win in Miami. They have been pathetic on the road. And we all know the home teams always gets more calls and more FTs. |

I'm still getting blasted at work for when the pistons beat the lakers in '04. _________________ "I define success by championships, by winning..." Kobe Bryant

To think if Mitch hadn't pulled a Mitch and drafted Prince instead of Rush, Shaq would probably be on the Lakers with at least 1 if not 2 more rings.
Hmm...should I pick someone we haven't even looked at (Deer in the Headlights Rush) or the kid who played in our backyard? SF solved for about 10 YEARS! |

Maybe there's a better chance at winning the title with Prince here, but Shaq still gets traded. _________________ Game recognize game, Granddad. - Riley Freeman, The Boondocks |

Da Kang is going to the Finals. Shaq will make all the people who said he can't win a title without Bryant eat crow! They have so much momentum now that they will sweep their opponent in the next round. |

Detroit is a horrible example of what a defending Eastern Conference champion should be. They look absolutely pathetic. They've been thoroughly exposed and 1-hit wonders.
That team needs broken up. They won more games than any team in the league and went funky when it really counted. They couldnt beat the top four seeds in the West if they played with 6 men on the court. |
