Shaq is 0-3 from the FT so far this game (and he's already had one extra try from a lane violation).
1-12 total so far for The Finals. 8.3%

Dallas is up 11-5 with 6:49 left in the 1st quarter.

End of the first quarter. Dallas up 18-17.
Miami shot 14 free throws in the quarter and made just 8.

All this hype about Josh Howard has got me really observing this guy. This guy is good, but lord get some handles. Everytime he puts the ball on the floor to go to the hoop, you kinda have to hold your breath. He constantly gets stripped. I thought it was just a bad game 1, but I see it's happening tonight too. Not going to be a superstar. He'll be a nice role player his whole career.

He's sending a message to the front office that they need to put some talent around him.

He's gotten plenty of touches but Avery is outfoxing Riley by doubling Shaq to get the ball out of his hands.

And the rest of the team is ice cold.

Miami is pathetic. I'm amazed they made it past the second round. Jason Williams and Antione Walker (mainly Williams) take horrible shots, Dwyane Wade, despite his occasional spectacular moves, can't hold onto the ball, and I've barely even noticed Shaq's "dominant" presence.

The only worse Eastern Conference Champion I can think of (in recent history) is the 2002 New Jersey Nets.

Only 3 shots for Shaq WTF? I know Dallas is playing good D, but when you are struggling that bad you find a way to get it to him.

Wade is everything Kobe wasn't. He's likeable, he cleans Shaq's colon 3 times a day, and he can't get Shaq the ball.

All that complaining everyone did about Kobe not passing Shaq the ball enough and Shaq hasn't sniffed the 15-20 shots he used to get from Kobe since he's been in Miami.

The question with Kobe was, 'Would he involve Shaq enough?'

The question with Wade is, 'Can he involve Shaq at all??'

I'm sorry, 3 shots at the half?? This just oozes of irony.

I watched on ESPNCL today the 2002 Finals Game 3 in New Jersey earlier. Wade can't hold Kobe's jockstrap when it comes to playing with Shaq. Shaq and Kobe put fear in the hearts of men. Shaq and Wade?? No jitters here. When you talk about the prolific production from those 2, the swagger, the ability for Kobe to make Shaq look fabulous and still get his night in and night out, it's not even close.

Right now, Wade is looking more Penny-esque circa 1995.
