| Man, it looks like they're tackling a lot between Hobgoblin, Venom, and Sandman. The Venom story by itself could easily be a full movie. I hope they don't end up tackling so much that they gloss over everything to fit it into two hours. |

Yeah saw it last night also. Looks GREAT!
I only wish it was like 3 hours or something to be able to develop all those villains especially Venom. Especially since I heard this is the last Spider-man movie.
Ahhh 1 year is a long time to wait. I almost wish they didn't release this so soon. |

Venom will only be a cameo appearance....he's slated to be the the bad dude in Spidey 4.
From my understanding it's Green Goblin, Sandman, and I'm hearing HobGoblin (not too sure about this one though).
Not sure who that skinny dude from That 70s show will be.....Carnage? That would be cool. Maybe it will be Carnage instead of Venom in Spidey 4....regardless....Spider-man in the black costume is pimp. |

That is spidey's new suit, it was realeased in a photo earlier this year. The talk of venom threw me off in this topic too, because last i heard venom wasnt in it, or was he? I know kristen dunst spilled the beans on sandman, and i think venom was the next guy, unsure. But the black slime approaching parker, indicates its venom. Who said this was the last one, is smoking something, a blockbuster series, wont end with a blockbuster. Only reason i would see and end too it, is either 1. The producer leaves, or tackles another project, then resulting in a 6 year layoff, which would mean toby , and kristen will be too old for the parts or wont want them, which would then leave a gap between the characters and the fans, because we had an attachment too the character of spide and M.J.
As we saw in X-men 3, te producer has alot too do with angle of a movie, and xmen was very, very different if you knew what too look for, totaly different angle the movie was made on. And while i didnt mind it, dont know if i particularly like it. It was a good movie, but hard too make a judgement on if it was better, because it was something knew from 1 and 2. |

That explains it then. I know that Venom only appears in the last ten minutes of the movie.....I'm kinda dissappointed that this skinny freak is Eddie Brock.....Brock is a freaking body builder. Makes no sense. |

Are you sure? From the preview the story seems to do a lot with Venom. Also I remember the creators of the first 2 movies said this would be the last one, but that was a long time ago things might have changed. |

I'm sure that Venom will have a small part. This is the story of how Spidey uses the Alien Symbiote as his new costume, but then rejects it when it tries to fuse itself to him. After this rejection, the Symbiote finds a new host that has the same hatred for Parker that it has....namely Eddie Brock. It should take the whole movie to get through this storyline IMO.
I heard that Toby is contracted for 6 movies if they decide to go that deep into the series. The main villans in Spidey 3 are Sandman and Harry. |
