They just copied the order from the previous draft as a starting point. Yes, we have a pick.

We don't have a second round pick though. We traded it to Dallas for the rights to J.R. Pinnock.

I think we still have a 2007 2nd round pick from the Bobcats from the Jumaine Jones trade, though. That should be nice and high.

Don't the Lakers still have their pick and Charlotte's pick in second round? That second rounder that went to Dallas for JR was the one from Miami.

The Lakers have both of their first and second rounders the next two years. They also have a second rounder from the Bobcats in each of those years.

We traded away an 07 Miami second rounder this year.

Valuable picks in the deepest draft in decades, according to many.

Looks like the 07 pick obtained in the Jumaine Jones trade is top 55 protected...so most likely ours. And it looks like the 08 pick was moved to 09 because of the protection on the 07 pick. If it lands higher than 55, then we get the 08 pick unprotected.

No... that was Miami's second rounder.

This is a recording.

If everything goes well, that first rounder should be in the 24-27 range.

Am I the only one confused by this? Doesn't this mean that we won't get the pick unless CHA has a top 5 record next year?
