and may I add that being bald doesn't automatically mean you look like MJ, I think he purposely did this, the earing- to wearing Jordan apparrel- to being in the gym

1) Well of course he has a right to sue. In the U.S. you can sue anyone, the judge or jury decides is you're entitled to a settlement.
