Ugh, I don't know who runs that site, but they do a horrible job on subscription administration. And there's no link you can take to unsubscribe, it's just a black hole email address. Horrible customer service practice.
Anyway, if they're not answering, it woud suck for you to have to go through the trouble of canceling your paypal account. I'd try a couple things first.
1) PM emplay and see if he knows someone specific there you can email. He writes for them, so maybe he knows an actual person you could contact.
2) Write to the web [AT] hoopsworld.com address and let them know you will be reporting them on the Better Business Bureau web site and that you will explore legal action if they do not cancel your subscription. Not saying you will actually explore legal action, but doesn't hurt to threaten and see if that wakes them up. Oh, also, let them know you will be posting the story of how they are treating you on every basketball forum site (like LG) that you can find.
If those don't work, then the next easiest option is to cancel the paypal account. Good luck! |

Just dispute the charge thru PayPal
The seller has to come correct or risk losing his PayPal access
Let me know how it works out, I can maybe help with this as I have had to dispute deadbeats thru paypal before _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

I'm the admin of the hoopsworld message board and I have a email address for the person who runs the site. Email me your info and I can forward on to him. I know he wouldn't want somebody dissatisfied with Hoopsworld.

Super funny topic since this website were on (LG.Net) sponsors Hoopsworld mag. lol.......Yes seriously Hoopsworld has nothing on Slam mag or even Dime. They got the inside scoop on the NBA all day . Come to think of it Hoopsworld hasn't even had a Kobe cover yet so you know it isn't ceritfied. Well I am not sure about that but allin all Slam rocks way more than any other bball mag in this planet. Plus it has had over like 8 Kobe covers I must add. |
