|
|
Since its the offseason, and I am bored.
Mightn't it also be helpful for those bored at work/school tempted to munch on unhealthy junk food?
Anyways, what do you guys recommend for snacks to tide your metabolism over from meal to meal?
I'm a fan of yogurt. I've found the tastiest one is Dannon's Activia, with only 110 cal. per cup.
bananas are also good. |

I'm addicted to chex mix. at one point, I had like four different kinds of it my desk. I like the chocolate turtle one. as for yogurt, I like yoplait's orange creme. I prefer oranges to bananas, bananas seem to make me hungrier _________________ "I define success by championships, by winning..." Kobe Bryant

You can't go wrong with fruit. The different flavored rice cakes are really good too. |

BBQ Pork Rinds
Disgusting habit, probably less healthy than smoking. But I still crave them. |

Go as natural (less processed) as possible... try to mix in some protein. Yogurt is fine but be cautious of the sugar (high fructose corn syrup, etc.). |

Since it's summer, I love frozen green grapes. You can never go wrong with cottage cheese and fresh fruit either. |
